Very upset! Wish I could leave negative stars! I placed an order for a pair of shoes for my daughter in a size 4. I received the shoes and the left shoe is a size 4 and the right is a size 6!! I contact customer service first through chat and was disconnected twice when trying to send all the pictures they asked for. I then went through text and had to repeat all the same steps. I was finally told I could return the shoes to a store for the quickest service. I do not have a Journeys store within 40 miles of my location. I was then told that they would email me a shipping label and I could go to my nearest FedEx location (22miles from me) and once I had done that Journeys would then gladly ship the corrected pair to me. Why should I be inconvenienced any further when they are the ones who made such a ridiculous mistake. Other companies send pre labeled return boxes right to your door. I will never ship here again!

I was in the store just recently and encountered a rude manager. Unsure if her name was Amy or Anna. Either way I heard her towering down on her employees and thought it was the worst management I’ve ever heard. Probably won’t be back to this store. The younger manager was very polite and helped me find the uggs I was needing. Get new management and move her up

Had the worst experience with the uploaded manager. Was there getting a specific pair of shoes while at a conference. 2 people working but neither greeted or asked if I needed help. One was speaking with an applicant which is understandable, so I patient waited for the other person working to acknowledge me, but after a few minutes, I kindly asked if someone could grab me a size 12 in the shoe I was holding. The manager looked at me and rolled her eyes, they turned around and apologized to the applicant. The other person then asked if she could help, but after feeling like I was bothering them to purchase a pair of shoes, I didn’t want help. When I expressed how rude that was, the manger said I could leave. I then asked to speak with her manager and she said I could figure it out myself and then she called security. There was no cussing, no threat, no causing a scene. The most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me in retail.

I went in to exchange a shoe that I bought online. The employees were friendly and very helpful. They got me in and out. I also went back looking for another pair of shoes and they got me exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 I would recommend. Quality shoes at reasonable prices.

Over the years I bought several pairs of shoes at journeys. I never had a bad experience but usually felt a bit out of place (age demographic).Yesterday, I had a splendid experience. I was greeted with a compliment about my footwear (nicely done!), and after I had a few moments to orient myself was engaged by a polite and passionate salesman that was truly customer oriented. How did retail lose those kind of employees? Stores should realize that cutting cost by reducing staff gets them on a downward spiral. Working retail should be rewarding and the kind of enjoyable service that I received yesterday is the antidote to online shopping. The mall was rather empty for a Saturday but this place was slinging shoes.

Got some shoes for my daughter that was too little. Took them back to either exchange or refund! Roger, the manager was sooooo helpful with this process and helped me get an exchange right away!

Got 2 different size shoes when the lady’s manager asked the other girl if she checked them she said yes… now I gotta go back and get the other shoe that’s the right size……… very unprofessional

Not the friendliest employees. They gave me a hard time about returning some shoes. They were nice at first but immediately acted cold and called me rude when I told them I was there to return something.
