I called customer service to verify my balance and get my account number but they charge $2.50 just for telling you the balance. I thought that's what your job was as a teller. If I can't get my account number from you to use the automated service why is calling an option?

It takes so long for my checks to be accepted and i don't know why:( This has been happening recently, it never used to happen before. It usually would take within the hour but with my past few checks it has taken almost an entire day.

My credit union location rocks! The staff is very kind. They are always quick and efficient. They offer a number of services from account options to loans to financial planning. No complaints here!

There really is not a whole lot I can say about this credit union. I have never been inside, but I use their ATM because it is the closest ATM to me. I like that the ATM area is well-lit. They do charge a $2.50 fee to use this ATM if you're not a member. However, my bank offers me a service where they give me back ATM fees so that's not a big deal to me. My only issue is that I wish they would allow for us to get cash in increments of $10 rather than $20. I do not like to carry cash. Most of the time when I need cash, it's to have a tip for a Yelp event or my kids need a few dollars for something at school. Anyhow, because it's convenient, I'll continue to use their ATM.

Been banking here for 10 years. Never can get them on the phone. Mobile deposit has been down for over a month. And the employees are NEVER any help.
