It was awful the customer service was terrible my husband was in there and he was about to spend over 300 to 400 dollars and when asked a question they got rude and tried to defend it they was rude

Apparently I'm on a Homegoods tour! I stopped here on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed!! Like , forreal packed!! I was gifted a gift card for HG, so I have been determined to use it up. I was able to do so on this visit. I found something for the kitchen and the dog! I know .... Fun! This location offered a nice selection overall. Lots of a lot to browse! You need a shopping cart to be on the safe side! I will say this, the shopping center this HG is located gets congested. So keep this in mind. Good customer service and competitive pricing are good reasons to visit here!

I was there for Christmas shopping is one of my favorite stores in hoover al .end I have a unprofessional moment whit one of the managers there I was paying for my stuff and I returned few boxes when the manager star argument. I hate this costumer bringing stuff to the counter and no buying. Her name is Kelly. Is bery unprofessional heard this tipe.conversations.from one manager. Is sad hou people don't appreciate jobs.General management bisit the stores time to time to see you inployed .

I've shopped at Home Goods all over the country but this was the worst one ever. Besides not having the AC on the store has stock in the aisles and I had several people run into me because of that. This is my 3rd and last visit to this location. Nasty store.

This HomeGoods is amazing!!! But never ask the staff for help on anything. They are very rude always and seem annoyed by simply doing their job.
