H&M stole my money! They refused to give it back!
I was purchasing my daughter a few items, totaled up to $89. While checking out, I swiped my card, started to sign, then the register shut down (completely black). I was then moved to another register. The associate told me since the receipt did not print, the transaction did not process so we had to start over. Once I checked my bank statement, of course both of those transactions went through. I called customer service, who initially told me it was no problem to give my money back and that someone would reach out within 10 business days with the information about how they were gonna issue the refund. 3 weeks go by, I never hear anything. I called back, gave them the reference number to the matter, and they told me I would receive an email within the next two days. The email stated they didn’t see 2 transactions so I had to take this up with my bank.
I also tried to speak with the manager at this location. He first told me if I brought back the receipt they would take care of it. I bring the receipt the next day and they still refused. Needless to say I am no longer a customer, and if you shop there, use cash

What happened to color? It was grayer inside than it was outside, and it was a cloudy winters day. I imagine people work there, but I did not see a single employee as I browsed the faux quiet luxury threads and wondered if I had gone color blind. I remember this store having colors, or maybe that was just a dream.

Rude fitting room staff.....Asked me to wait outside the fitting room when I attempted to walk in to assist my 12yo. It was her tone and another issue.... A parent was already in the walk way of the fitting room before I entered. She was asked to leave after me and was there before me.
There is a way to communicate w/o an attitude.

I will never shop at this location again. The manager told me I couldn’t go in the dressing room with my 10 year old daughter because of COVID restrictions but another mother and her daughter went in the dressing room after I did and nothing was said to her. I asked to speak to the manager about it and he couldn’t explain why he let them go in together and not me and my daughter. I told him that I had no problem following the rules but it needs to be for everyone. Also, what if my daughter was younger and needed help, could I not go in with her then? He again had no answers. Corporate needs to explain to their managers that rules are meant for everyone and think about those rules if the child needs assistance in the dressing room.

45 minutes prior to closing a clothing store… you’re allowing shoppers to enter your store but you’re not allowing them to try on clothes. We asked about the dressing room and we were told it was closed. I asked how are we supposed to try the clothes on? She looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. We ended up purchasing the pants and drove an hour back home with pants that don’t fit because sizing is so far off. We will not be purchasing anything else from this store.

The cashier that checked me out left the security tag on the sweater I bought. Therefore I accidentally ripped the sweater trying to get it off. Although I did like the t-shirt I bought.

Very slow service, was a extremely long line with 1 cashier and other employees working in other parts of the store. Took pics of my items and bought them online instead and they didnt have the shorts I wanted in my size online.?

I didn't shop much at this store but they have a nice style of office attires. However, the pants sizing is very much inconsistent. I tried on 2 pants with sizing of 2 and other 2 pants with sizing of 4. They are all same styles as it said on the label. The first 2 pants didn't fit because they were too small. The last 2 pants of size 4, one of them is way to big on the waistline and hip. Another is tad bit tight at the waistline and fit perfect at the hip. I walked out with nothing in mu hand. I like material, style and price. But the sizing is issue here for me!!
