I am so pleased with my recent purchases at Henig Furs. Their coats are so beautiful and well priced. Joe and Natalie are very delightful and easy to work with.

This company had an excellent fitter, I hate that N----retired. I spent thousands there only to be treated like a criminal when I was getting my fox out of storage. This woman didnot allow me to touch, price or make any move without blocking me. I almost went public and press charges, but I decided not to hurt innocent people because I was discriminated against.

Wonderful place for maintenance of furs and leather coats. The staff is always accommodating to assist in your fur and leather needs. I have never been disappointed and have been a costumer for over 30 years.

Henig Furs is non-responsive after order. Henig's email stated that the order left their business on a Friday. FedEx has not received the package. I will update if and when I finally receive my order...

After losing my Canadian black fox fur headband, I found you on line.The two headbands I ordered arrived in just a few days, in perfect shape. Thank you, thank you! Very impressive.

The best part of my purchase was sales person Brizeyda “Bree” Roldan. She was quite friendly, polite, patient and even sent me some photos of their winter white inventory I was inquiring about. They were having a sale and inventory seemed a bit low. I highly recommend asking for Bree if you go by.

I am very dissatisfied with the staff at Henig. I purchased a Blue Iris Stroller with a written promise to add a detachable belt pocket to pocket. I made the purchase on 12/22/15, supposedly the coat would go out immediately to shorten the sleeve and to add the belt Natalie promised it would take about a week and she would call. Never heard from her unless I initiated contact. The coat was not sent out until January then she claimed the skins to match were ordered. She said bring the coat back in after the season and we will attach the belt. Today I visited the Hoover store to drop off the coat and was told that the skins had not arrived (5 months later), I asked her to call me when the skins were available she agreed. Fed up with lies and rudeness, I called Montgomery store, spoke with Michael who sarcastically conducted his conversation saying you are the one who asked for the belt and I can't order skins until I see the coat, (in essence the skins were never ordered). I left the coat at Hoover so it could be viewed by Michael. I will never do business with Henig Furs again, not for storage or conditioning. I also purchased a custom made hat that never materialized. I eventually got a refund after being given the run around about delivery. The excuse given by Natalie was, I don't have any control over the manufacturing. I say if you don't have control don't make promises and collect money.
