Got to this location 15 minutes before closing time. I was greeted by a kind, patient and professional stylist named Stephanie. She got me checked in and told me that it would be a few minutes. Jasmine cut my hair and she did a wonderful job! I haven't had a haircut in years and needed a few inches cut off. Jasmine was enjoyable to talk to, very personable and made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this salon.

The customer service and stylists at the Hoover Place Great Clips next to Publix are exceptional and extremely nice. They make you feel welcome and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a haircut.

I was extremely nervous going in for a haircut. I'm an African American female with very short hair. I was so fortunate to find Kareem at the Hoover location next to Publix. If you're looking for a barber please give Kareem a call.

I normally get my hair cut by the same woman, but she is a little more than an hour from where I live, and I needed a cut bad!! I Googled a walk-in salon near me, and this location popped up. I am always nervous about letting someone new cut my hair, because I keep it very short, and so it can easily be messed up. Today, Ms. Anita took care of me, and she did me RIGHT!!! I have found my second place to go get a cut, and nobody else will be touching my head, other than my regular girl, and Ms. Anita!!!

Loved getting my hair done by Courtney!! I felt like she really listened to the ideas I had for my hair & absolutely achieved what I was going for! She was really easy to talk to & obviously has a lot of great experience with lots of hair types! This was my first experience going to a Great Clips & I'll definitely be back!

My 3 year old got a haircut here. Stylist refused to do a taper fade on him because their policy is to use only scissors for kids his age. Haircut looks really blunt. They did not do a good job tapering it with scissors.

I have been most fortunate to have Taylor cut my hair on several occasions. I am extremely bad at explaining what I would like in a haircut, yet Taylor is able to translate my vague and disjointed descriptions and turn them into something that surpasses my wildest expectations. A true virtuoso with scissors, Taylor is patent, methodical, and listens to her clients. I highly recommend Taylor to anyone wanting a haircut that exceeds expectations.
