“I went in here looking for a gift for my mom’s 49th birthday. I knew that I had been in the homewood location and thought she would like it a lot, so since I was in this area for some studying next door at O’Henry’s it was super convenient to pop in. As soon as I walked in, I had lots of ideas for things to get here. Lucky me, they had some polarized sunglasses in stock and I had really wanted to get her some. So I grabbed a pair for her and they came with a sunglasses case. They also have a great selection of greeting cards so I grabbed a birthday card. While browsing, I also found a gold-tiered necklace for only $15 that I decided to nab. The store associate helping me was so sweet and I got 20% off the sunglasses for signing up for text updates. She also wrapped my mom’s sunglasses so perfectly. This store honestly has a little bit of everything: glassware, bath bombs, serving ware, jewelry, sunglasses, children’s items, clothing, handbags, and gift items. I would definitely come back!”

“I worked at the Hoover location over the Mother's Day holiday as a temporary employee. I personally witnessed the employee's exceptional work ethic, amazing customer service, and top quality. Orders DO NOT leave the store unless they are perfect. I saw a few orders go back to the kitchen because they were not up to par, to be remade before being sent out with delivery drivers. Their kitchen is cleaned and sanitized multiple times daily. Only fresh fruit is used to make arrangements. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of work these ladies do. I know for a fact that every order is checked multiple times and not delivered unless it is handed to someone. There were several orders throughout the week that were brought back to the store due to no one being home to accept the order. The manager does her very best to make same day deliveries but if an order is called in later in the day, for example at 3 pm, and the driver for that area has already left the store, then the order would need to be picked up. I understand that it is impossible to make everyone happy, but I assure you that this store does everything possible to do so. These ladies work very hard and do an amazing job, so I felt the need to give credit where credit is due. I hope to get another opportunity to work with these ladies and will definitely be ordering from this store in the future.”
