I was in town for my daughter’s soccer game. We were 3 hours from home and my car was overheating. I pulled in and explained my situation and that I knew they were busy and likely had no time to help me. Bobby was working the desk and came out to take a quick peek to see if he could see if it was an easy fix. Turns out it was not but he could see what it was. I genuinely appreciate Bobby taking those few minutes of his day to help me make an educated decision on my next steps to get me and my daughter safely back home.

I dropped my car off for an appointment at 10am. I dropped it off early to get to work. The front office person called me at 10:30 saying that I needed brake pads and a new battery done. They said they would get to it right away. I called at 3:37 and I asked when it would be done he asked the technician and couldn’t give me an answer. I said I needed it by 5 because my wife had to go to work. They said they would try. I showed up at 4:45pm and was still working on it. 5:15 rolled around and the technician took it for a spin, guessing they would see how the car was handling. He came back and was rummaging through my car. I asked why is he doing that and the front office person didn’t know. The technician came in and said I can’t find your key. It took 40 minutes and 3 technicians to try and find my key. Finally someone found it at the top of my trunk door. This place is a joke. To not even take off anything from my almost $900 bill. Never going back to this place. Also when I walked in another costumer was letting his frustration out to the front office person on how no owe should take their car to this place. His car was there as long as mine. Regardless if you only have 2 people there on Mondays. If people make appointments then make sure you can get the job done. Unbelievable! If I could zero stars I would.

They were very thorough in checking for any problems I might have. Bought new tires,wipers, oil and filter change,brake fluid. Very happy with what I got right now. Service was great and explained everything they found i needed. I will be back!

The staff was friendly enough but I had a 10:00am appointment. I dropped my car off at 7:00am and they called me at 3:49 and they had only diagnosed my car… they hadn’t changed the oil or even check until then. Then told me all the things wrong would cost over $2000. I told him I had to have my oil changed and I needed to be home by 5:00… that I would get oil, brakes, and something else that he said was needed immediately… the. At 4:00 he called me and said that they wouldn’t be able to do all that work that day. I asked if they could at least do my oil he said yes they would have it done right away… I arrive at 4:15 and they hadn’t even started the oil change and I didn’t leave your facility till 5:15…. I understand that things happen but having made and appointment and it not being honored is extremely disappointing. I honestly don’t know if I will go back.

Everyone there was extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. I needed an emergency repair (fixing a problem resulting from another out of state Firestone store) before a long road trip and the store accommodated my last minute appointment request and did an excellent job.

I had an excellent experience with this location! The service manager, Daniel, went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of in every aspect. I called very late in the day, and he fit me into the schedule before closing time and also was very easy to work with, extremely friendly, and professional.
The service technician, Logan, did an excellent job rotating and balancing my tires and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right and to my expectations.
I've been using Firestone Complete Auto Care for many years, and this by far was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family in the future.

We were traveling home to Missouri from Florida. when our car broke down at 2am on Sunday the day before Memorial Day. So we had to wait until morning for things to open, and after calling I don't know how many different places we finally found this firestone. The manager Daniel was able to get us in and both him and the tech Ben stayed late to work on our car. Ben was even willing to come in on his day off if necessary. They got done that night and we were able to head home Monday morning. We are truly grateful for all their help and everything that they did for us. They were awesome!!!

First I would like to say I loved taking my car to Firestone in Hoover, staff was always friendly no issues until this last time. I took my car 3/27/24 to get checked because my car was reading I had gas when I didn’t which had left me on the side of the road. I paid $126 to get it checked and I was told it was the “ Fuel Pump Moudule Assembly Pump” so a few days later I made an appointment a week in advance &took my car in to get that taken care of. It took a week for them to repair it because apparently the part had not arrived on time. Finally on 4-17-24 I pick up the car pay them $1040 CASH, Now I am driving it confidently assuming is fine until 4/24/24 my car did the same exact thing it was doing before the reason I took it in to get fixed marking I had gas but it shut down on me leaving me on the side of the I-65 & while waiting for someone to get me gas an 18-wheeler hit my car which was a total loss. So I basically wasted almost $1200 and my car didn’t get fixed properly. I am extremely disappointed, lost trust & I will not be doing business here again
