I bought a car wash, it didn't work, so I went to go inside and ask the attendant, only to find the door locked. The guy was literally sitting there, in plain view, scrolling on his phone. Me and two other guys tried to get his attention for almost 10 minutes and he actively ignored us. Like refused to acknowledge us at all. Now I'm out $15 for a car wash and this jerk can't even look up to say come back later??

Employees are pathetic. Guy running the cash register was on the phone in the parking lot for 10 minute as I stood waiting to check out. Then came in and never got off the phone, as I waited longer. Manager just stood and watched the whole time. I left without getting anything. Totally inexcusable.

Nice gas station, but I was bummed to have to go inside to start the pump. I love the convenience of starting the pump from my app. The attendant shared that it wouldn't work bc I was redeeming the reward that I'd accumulated. That was weird.

Today I spent $69.84 on gas and received a free car wash which I took advantage of. I pulled into the car wash. Nothing happened. I called the store and explained my situation. The employee made a suggestion , which I followed, and still the car wash did not come on. Again, I called Exxon the guy working obviously recognized my number and didn't want to do his job so after two rings I was sent to voicemail. Ridiculous. People don't want to work these days
