If I could give them zero stars I would. It’s always a problem with getting your medication that you need. Everytime my doctor put in an order for a prescription either CVS doesn’t have it or they have a delayed. I always have to do their job and call around to see which pharmacy has my prescription. I’m still trying to figure out where is this pharmacy is still open if they never have your medication.

Terrible! They advertise services that they don’t offer and the employees don’t have any idea what they offer. It’s ridiculous that people who don’t want to help customers are still working. Clearly have no desire to be at work!! Go home ! Absolutely ridiculous.

The manager there was blatantly racist during my pick-up today (10/10)! There was a white female customer there picking up an order for someone else and not once did he (white male) ask for her ID. When I proceed to pick up my order, he asked for my ID AND an email of my order. I shop and pick up at this store once a week and I have been for 2 years and I have never experienced this before!

I have so much respect and patience for retail and customer service. What I have zero patience for is incompetency, willful ignorance, and lying.I went to pick up insulin (have been doing so for 6 years, but only second time at this location, and last time they overcharged me) and was told my copay was $50. I corrected the employee to the $25 copay for a 30 day supply, saying I know its a pain but this happened last time and it was easily fixed by them contacting my insurance, and she immediately acted disgusted and inconvenienced, and refused to be helpful, saying over and over basically "It's $50" "We can't be wrong" "its billed correctly" etc. without bothering to double check at all. So I pulled up the document from my insurance company with the fixed price on it, and showed her and told her (after inquiring) it's probably because the two boxes were a 38 day supply, which anything from 30 to 90 supply IS $50, and to please break the box to get under the 30 day mark. Then she and the manager lied to me and said the FDA mandates they cannot do that anymore. I said unless something changed in the last few weeks, that isn't true. Because the FDA RECOMMENDS pharmacies not to break the boxes because there was a fiasco a few years back concerning dispensing errors IF patients were only receiving standalone pens without instructions, which was not the case here. And again, it was a recommendation and NOT a mandate. Other CVS and every Walgreens I've ever picked up at have broken boxes to give the proper dosages so I know it isn't even policy. But the incompetence and nasty attitude led me to believe I wasn't going to be able to reason with these two so I said cancel the prescription and I'll go to my usual pharmacy.Dear God. Don't go into retail if you can't be decent at the job or at the very least, not have an attitude when someone questions the (WRONG) price and doesn't like being lied to. I've had this very issue solved so easily and kindly with the last pharmacy I went to, so I understand not knowing the details until we reach a resolution. Its new information, I respect that. But to continue being ignorant because you feel inconvenienced, and then to lie? If I could give this interaction and these two employees 0 stars I would. I have now moved all my prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens based on this alone.

Young man named Joey/Joseph was very kind and courteous. He was kind to everyone, not just myself. He made sure to answer my questions, and fix any issues I had with my purchase. Will definitely be back because of him. :)

I made a vaccine appointment last week for today. I showed up and was not acknowledged at the vaccine counter even though I checked in online. I got behind a guy with no appt. When they told him to wait I asked if I had to wait even though I had an appt and the tech said yes and there is no way to know how long before we can get to you. So long story short, don't waste your time making an appt for a vaccine they won't honor it.

Went to get 2nd covid vaccine and was told no we can't do it we close in about an hour. They had 1 hour and 23 minutes before closing. This was on Labor day so only cvs pharmacy opened because they are a 24 hour pharmacy and not sure if they were closing for dinner break or what since they are 24 hours. They were not at all busy no one in line inside or outside either.

I've used several of the pharmacies in the Riverchase area and feel that this CVS is the best one among them. The service seems to be pretty good, although it helps tremendously when you use the CVS mobile app. This was previously a 24-hour CVS but is no longer; I am deducting a star because they recently made further unannounced revisions to their hours and at this point their hours are the same as any other CVS. I hope they plan to return to an extended pharmacy schedule at some point in the future.
