I work at the Alfa Insurance in Lorna Plaza, the location of the Cricket Wireless map marker. I've submitted four edit requests to have the map location corrected, as several people come in asking for directions to Cricket Wireless. For anyone wondering, Cricket Wireless is currently located in The Village on Lorna Shopping Center beside the Dominican Hair Style & Barber Shop. The business needs to make sure their location is correct.

This woman's attitude was so bad, I asked her about a phone and she came out with her hands in her pocket. Very bad customer service, someone needs to say there is not just one type of people that shops with cricket.

Went to the Hoover location and Jenny was amazing! We had to call for directions and she gave excellent directions. I went in for a new phone and the process was such a breeze. She even helped my girlfriend out with a new phone! 10/10 service!! Give her a raise she definitely deserves it!
