Shower dirty and no body wash even after room service

They front entrance looked like a war zone. When we first arrived we thought the hotel was closed. Our room had cheap mattresses and the smoke alarm had a flashing light tHat strobes at night when the lights are off at night. Otherwise it was like an average Courtyard anywhere across the US.

Was traveling with family and stayed here for the weekend. The staff was absolutely amazing, the rooms were very clean and hospitality was beyond amazing!
