The pharmacists and pharmacy staff here are by far the most helpful, friendly, and in general pleasant to do business with. They are always smiling while doing their job. I don’t mean to beat a dead horse, but I must say that the staff here just gives off positive vibe and make going to the pharmacy as pleasant as it can possibly be. Thanks for all your assistance and courteousness.

In my opinion, Costco is far superior to Sam's club. Their stock is great and so is their food for great prices! $1.50 for a hotdog combo meal is my usual go-to. Great quality and taste! The service is great no matter if you choose self checkout or at the counter. They also have good selections on the side for self service toppings such as onions, relish, mustard, and ketchup. They have a whole area dedicated to eating so you can eat your food there and not just have to take it to-go. The space is also large enough that you can have your full carts next to you as you eat before you go home! I think during COVID, you had to take your food to go as a precaution but I don't remember.

For a hotdog, there is not any other place that comes to mind before Costco's famous $1.50 combo. The Costco in Hoover uses a new ordering system where you pay at a self-service kiosk and wait for your order to be called at the station. The wait was longer than expected but I did go during the lunch rush and it was not unbearable. The hotdog is very standard, but I did not like the bun it was served in. The bread tasted chalky and under-baked. I do like how there is a topping station to customize your order and for the value this was worth it.

What's a trip out of town that has a Costco with stopping by? Blasphemy I tell you, I tell you!, of all the trips I have taken to Alabama to see my parents this was the first time I stopped in. Kirkland items (check), Cheap Gas (check), 1.50 hot dog deal (double check). I can never go wrong with s quick fill-up and a snack before getting back on the road here. The best thing is it's on my way home so I don't have to drive miles and miles out of my way.

I have always loved a good Costco trip. This Costco I believe might be the only one in the state. Which is crazy to me, Came here with a friend to pick up some items for holiday shopping. They have so many things here, from wrapping paper to one of a kind gifts. We also needed to make a return and the people at the return counter were very sweet. They were kind and easy when it came to our return, making sure to put the store credit back on my friends Costco card. Best way to go about a Costco trip is either become a me,beer or find so,e one with a membership card so you can get all the amazing deals and steals.

After entering the store using a Costco card and going throughout the store selecting items and putting them in our cart, we (my girlfriend and I) went up to the registers to make our purchase where we were greeted very passive aggressively by a worker (First name Linda) at the self checkout registers who checked our card and told us that we cannot purchase any items because the card was owned by my girlfriend's mother. After Linda called over an associate (who also was incredibly passive aggressive and unwelcoming) to help see if my girlfriend had been added to the card, which she was not. I understand that this is protocol but the fact that none of this was checked at the entrance and that we were let into the store and walked around for 20 or so minutes just to get to the register and told we cannot purchase anything seems like your "system" is not necessarily being enforced equally. This is also the first time this has happened in my history of going to Costco. I also understand that policies can change and that the family membership requires that any other user of the card must be added to the account, but the fact that not every worker cares equally about the customer and their experience is absolutely ridiculous. I could care less if this store had all good or all bad workers but I just want things to be consistent. That isn't that hard to ask as I also work in retail and I can say that a solid work environment is not that hard to achieve. Both me and my girlfriend feel unvalued and quite angry by our experience today. We will be put under the account but likely will not be returning anytime soon.

If you didn't know: Costco pharmacy can be used by non-members. I'm so glad I was told that, because their prices are amazing and the staff is great.

Went to Hoover Alabama Costco to purchase membership to also buy hearing aides for elderly mother. First was the badgering us to purchase the deluxe membership to the HORRIBLE customer service when we had trouble with the hearing aides that were purchased. They were given several chances to help us before we asked for our money back and that was an ordeal also. Hearing aides should be purchased where they truly will help the customer.

Terrible tire service center... Came in with tire pressure warning sensor problem ... I thought "no-worries; I paid for the "Tire Pressure Management System Service Package" .... But alas, after spending $1800, I'm still driving away with the same problem I had when I brought it in. Oh yes, and was also rudely scolded by the store manager for caring on a technical discussion on the issue with the service tech. Even Walmart has much better customer service... Save you money and time and shop elsewhere.

I've never even been inside a Costco, anywhere! But we had a family party and had a sheet cake from Costco. OMG!! That was one of the BEST store bought cakes I've ever had! It had cream cheese filling between layers and the icing was perfect, not the typical greasy, sickeningly sweet type. I am still thinking of this CAKE! I may just buy a membership just for that alone!
