Friendly staff and awesome international foods selection. Lots of products in-store that are hard to find on the internet. Definitely worth the visit for the snacks and drinks alone.

This place is horrible I found a 10pc pot pan set it was originally $169.00 with 40% off lady scan it and said 160.56 I said did you take the 40% off she said yeah so I said I'm not interested have great day be careful in this sore they will rob you if you don't watch it God bless everyone they lost my business

Bad customer service at this location. After speaking to the manager Jessica about our issue with some placemats, we were told we couldn’t do an exchange due to a policy out of her control and that’s “just how the cookie crumbles”. We spoke to corporate customer service who refuted this claim and stated that it was absolutely up to a specific store and there was no policy preventing us from doing an exchange. They offered a discount off future online orders as compensation. We were able to go to another World Market location and do an exchange no problem. Side note but Becky, our cashier, and another lady that helped were both amazing at this Hoover location. Super friendly! No complaints with them!
