I was very disappointed that I couldn't receive a refund after the two pair of shoes purchased for my children didn't fit. The shoes I needed weren't available so I had to get a gift card. Which isn't fair because my children needed specific color so I was out unnecessary money.

The manager and the two associates were spending more time gossiping and looking at their phones than they were trying to assist customers. I had to initiate the conversation regarding my purchase. These three employees totally ignored me until I said something. In addition, I think it is extremely unprofessional and not a good look at all to have those extra long eyelashes. It is also unprofessional to stand around gossiping where customers can hear the conversation. Even though I don't know the person they were talking about, I still didn't care to hear the conversation. Then I asked about any points I may have and the manager said, "You don't have the app?" I told her no. After my purchases, the manager said as I was leaving, "Next time, it would be better if you had the app, so get the app". I felt as though I was bothering her when I asked her about any points I may have. I had a terrible experience. I'm not saying that I will never shop at City Gear again but, I am saying I will not shop at the Galleria store ever again!!!

Demetria was very friendly and funny she is a great manager she should own her own shoe store some day beautiful inside and out I love the customer service I love my shoes

the customer service was TERRIBLE and the management is a reflection of that the attitudes of ALL of the employees in the HOOVER GALLERIA MALL, HOOVER AL is indicative of a company who should be counting down the days for a complete DEMOLITION!!!????

They told me I couldn't use my cash rewards towards launch shoes . Which is not true because all I've bought from here is launch shoes and used my rewards to buy a few of them.
