Joniqua McCluskey and team at Chris Dorris State Farm agency recently made our experience in dealing with a car insurance claim so simple. They were extremely helpful and took care of all the details and helped make the whole process easy and pleasant. I can't thank them enough for their attention to detail and overall customer service. Chris, Joniqua, and all the staff at Chris Dorris' State Farm Agency are deserving of 10 stars, not just 5. They are quick to respond when I have a question or concern. They are knowledgable, professional, kind, and efficient, looking out for my best interests and helping me navigate coverage and policy decisions in manner that is informative but not pushy. I have been a client here since 2003 and will not go anywhere else! Chris and his staff really are Good Neighbors.

So far it has been a great experience. I just switched over to state farm from progressive. I have only dealt with Ms. Lisa Davis and she has been extremely helpful.
