The sales department was great to my husband and I. We both had great experiences when purchasing our vehicles. However, the service department is a bit frustrating to work with. I called on a Monday to schedule a day and time to have my car looked at and was told that I could go ahead and drop it off that day. I was told that it would be unlikely it would be looked at that day but it should be looked at the next day on Tuesday. I was off work both days so that was fine with me. I did not hear anything on Tuesday so I had to call for an update and was rudely told by the woman answering the phones that she needed my service person’s name and then criticized me for not knowing it, when no one had told me I would need to remember a name. After she looked up my information and found the man’s name I was transferred to him and told my car had not been looked at. It was not until late Wednesday that my car was looked at and because it was near to closing time they had not had time to find the issue. I also had to call multiple times for this update and almost went to pick up my car to take somewhere else. They finally found the issue on Friday of that week. I was more frustrated that it took almost 3 days just for someone to look at my car and that it was so hard to get updates. I was trying to limit the amount of time I would be without my vehicle by scheduling a day. I would’ve appreciated a scheduled time instead of telling me to go ahead and drop it off and letting it sit there.

Absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Joi Coke, who was very eager to help me get the best price possible for a new 2023 Nissan Kicks. I had already gone to a different dealership that would not budge on the price, so I went to Benton and they were able to get the same car (the very same one I had looked at at the other dealership) for a better price! Everything was so quick, easy and painless. Highly recommend!

I'll never buy another vehicle here at Benton Nissan Hoover again! They sold me a truck that had been painted and the driver and passenger door color does not match the rest of the truck. It's a frost white paint job so in the daytime you can see it if you look closely. At night it sticks out like a sore thumb. I I brought it back and showed it to them a few days after the purchase and a couple of the salesmen tried telling me it hasn't been painted. Once the GM admitted it had been painted, they told me there is nothing they can do about it. Worst place ever!

Billy Baker was my salesman. Buying a car has always been a stressful undertaking for me. Mr. Baker made this process an enjoyable one. He well educated me on my options (to include an unbelievable warranty, offered by this particular dealership), and with due diligence and patience aided me in purchasing a car I am extremely happy to now own. Great experience!

I always record great service. They are always professional. Mike always make sure I’m aware of what I need for service and is very personable.Tyrone gives me a ride to work. The young lady (I hate I forgot her name), is friendly as well. I know she has previous experience in management and guest services.I enjoy coming to get my car service. That’s not one of the things you usually look forward to, especially when you may have to come out of pocket for something.

I loved Gary Perkins. He definitely was helping to find the right fit for me. He stays in contact. I felt genuinely cared for. Honestly, Nissan was not at the top of my list but, due to such a great experience buying the car I knew he was a good person to work with.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! Mr. Travis Payne listened to what I wanted and made the process an absolute dream! He was experienced, did not try to hard sell me, did not constantly call me like some other dealers in town did. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate working with him a 50! Thank you, Mr. Payne! Please do yourself a favor and see him, you will be pleased, I am certain!

I want to take time to recognize Jeffery from the service department. In a time where customer service is struggling Jeffery was energetic, had a smile on his face, and was knowledgeable. If he didn’t have an answer he said “ I don’t know but I’ll find out for you”, and he did just that! My last experience before this one was not the best, but he should be valued as one of your best team members!

My mother bought a brand new Nissan from them. They were super friendly, fair, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend getting your next car from them. Gary and Isiah were great to work with. We'll be back!

When I brought my car in for a recall fix.I thought they were going to fix the compressor wire which was reported by your company to be a common issue. But, my air still doesn't work so, it was not the wire harness issue I was thinking they would fix. And my rear view mirror fell off and no one ever asked if I wanted it fix and it was sitting on the set. I know I should have said something when I get back to my car since I didn't think to ask in the beginning. But, that was a bit disappointing. But, on the good side I was there less than an hour.

Wouldn’t go back to this dealership if it were the last one selling cars. They sold us a vehicle they knew had expensive issues and did not disclose to us. We only found out after they delivered it to us. Sales manager promised repairs and then completely ghosted us when it came time to pay for those repairs. We’ve called DOZENS of times and continue to be ignored. So if you want to buy a vehicle that you can drive for more than 2 weeks without sinking upwards of $5k+ to repair, shop at literally any other dealership. This isn’t the one!Editing my review to add: spoke with the owner per his response to my review. Was promised he would get back to me and here we are 2+ weeks later and have once again been ghosted. They certainly don’t care about customer satisfaction and long as they make their money. We’ve sunk 5k into this car in the less than 2 months we’ve had it because we literally had no other choice BUT to do so. Extremely disappointed in how we have been treated and lied to by this dealership.

The service was great and the experience was very good. Nothing but excellent service from my salesman. I was there to have my first oil change and tire rotation done. The gentleman directed me the customer waiting area while my car was being serviced. I was able to enjoy a good cup of hot coffee and able to charge my phone while I sat comfortably watching tv. When I checked out, the receptionist was warming with a delightful spirit and gave me a complimentary snack before signing out. My experience was great. I give them 10 stars!

I had the best car buying experience I've ever had thanks to Benton Nissan. I feel like I've walked away with a great deal and lifelong friends. I've already recommended them to many of my friends. My salesman, T. PAYNE, went above and beyond for me. I feel so blessed to have met him and feel as though God himself sent me to this dealership for these people. They're all honest, down to earth and trustworthy. In all my past car buying experiences haven't gone that way. So I just had a natural distrust for salesman but I've definitely found a good one now. I'll probably buy every car for the rest of my days from this man. He's that special of a person. Not only him though, but his manager, and even the finance person, I think his name was Cameron Anderson?, were so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Every face I encountered there had a smile. I felt valued, heard, appreciated and cared for. That's exactly the way every customer should feel when they walk away from a car buying experience. Seriously, all of these people deserve a recognition of excellence of some kind. Exceptional dealership with exceptional employees. They turned this long time Honda girl into a Nissan convert. Those are words I thought I'd never type, but they are the truth. Even had two appointments at a Honda and Hyundai dealership past the time for my appointment with Benton, but guess what? I never made it to those. T Payne sealed the deal on the only car I even ended up driving that day. Thank you Benton NISSAN for being one of the good ones still left in this world.
