Kareema did a stellar job on my brows. She was diligent and detail oriented. I used to come to see Erin all the time and wasn’t sure about trusting someone else with my eyebrows but I’m very glad that I did. I was even more impressed with Kareema’s technique - the brows look absolutely perfect, so I’ll definitely be returning!

This is a great Ulta location. Their customer service is phenomenal! So much better and more knowledgeable than the Brook Highland Ulta on 280! The associates here really know what to do. On my most recent visit, I picked up a lash and brow serum as well as a moisturizer.

Today I came in to pick up some make up for my mother and met Erin at the brow bar and she is AMAZING!! She is so knowledgeable about skincare and makeup but more importantly Erin is wise beyond her years.Erin loves what she does and she has a calling on her life like encouraging young girls and women to be their true authentic selves instead of conforming to the society we live in and it’s standards that it imposed on women. We need more genuine, honest and caring women like Erin in this cruel world we live in. She is a light that shines bright. God bless you and I will definitely see you again/

Araya(sp) floor associate and Erin on brows were the absolute best. I left very satisfied because they listened to me and didn’t suggest any product that wouldn’t suit me. Nice job ladies!

I always love coming to this Ulta!! Amber makes you feel like she has always known you. Today Dari checked me out at the register and she was very friendly and helpful as well. She let me know that I was eligible for the Ulta card and in doing so I would save 20% on my purchase. She also took the time to update my information as my phone number has changed. I was most impressed with the teamwork I saw between Dari and her co worker Jasmine. I overheard Jasmine encouraging Dari on how well she was doing behind the counter. This was while there were no customers in line and it's just really good to shop in such an encouraging, teamwork, and customer oriented company. And Rayona is always there with a smile on her face and always busy working. These days there is so much negative and back bitting going on in any kind of business. Great job Amber , on how much difference just a few good women can make for the face of a retail store. (and/or a few good men whatever the case may be) I will always be more apt to spend my money in a atmosphere like Ulta in Hoover then somewhere they may even have a lower priced, same item but no consistent cheerfulness in their attitude. In todays world there is enough tearing one down to make oneself "feel" better about themselves. We need more companies and more managers with heart like Ulta in Hoover where management , teamwork, and the building up of their teammates is just a way of everyday business!!! And their Customer service is a solid 10!!!!

I had an appointment with Miss Erin . It was a brow wax and tint . IT LOOKS AMAZING . She had a very good personality and was super nice . I would definitely recommend her to anyone trying to get a service done by her . Will be back for sure!

Whenever I go into Ulta, it is always for a specific product. I always end up walking out with an extra product or two, of course, but not because of the sales people. Because I think of something else I need! Anyway, I went in there last week for an under eye concealer; I was specifically looking for a non-heavy, light, and creamy texture. I could not find a sales person on the floor so I went to the front counter and asked if they could find someone to help me and within 15 seconds, a salesperson was right by my side. (Each salesperson wears a microphone headset to communicate quickly with one another). Right before she started to help me, she noticed a few young girls on the other side of the store attempting to steal products. She was right on the ball, then got back to me as soon as possible. I appreciated that she was very watchful. Then I told her what I needed, and she took me straight to the Tart Shape Tape under eye concealer. It was exactly as I had described. It was a great experience, again.

I had a great appointment with Erin today for brow service. She was wonderful! Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was talking with an old friend. I will highly suggest her services., and i love my results…very natural looking.

My first time going to this Ulta Beauty store. It was a fun experience because of the customer service. I forgot the young lady's name that assisted me but she was fun! Thank you young lady...I'm enjoying my Fenti products! I'll be returning.
