I just had an absolutely horrible experience at this location due to the manager’s inability to admit to a mistake. The only bright spot of this location is Kody who was honest, professional, apologetic, and willing to go above and beyond to right the wrong of his manager. Unfortunately for Kody, it’s obvious that the store manager is not as customer driven as your company would like him to be. If I were the district manager, I would immediately be looking to demote the store manager and promote Kody who cares just as much about the customer as he does the bottom line. I really appreciated Kody’s help despite the pushback of his manager.

Phone battery died, took it up to the store and was greeted with great customer service. Didn’t catch the name of the worker (stopped by on 2/14/24), but he was professional and had my phone fixed in an hour. Good pricing, satisfied with the service. Would recommend stopping by here for battery-related needs.

They gave me excellent customer service. They fixed my Samsung S23+ replaced the screen and took care of me when there was a small issue after.Would 100% recommend.

Had the battery I needed in stock. Purchased online and received text message that it was ready for pickup in a timely manner. Upon arrival, the staff was engaged and completed the transaction flawlessly.

These guys and this store in particular are great and very helpful. I was looking to upgrade the battery in my travel trailer to a true deep cycle battery. I had done an online purchase that kept informing me it do not go through. Went by the store and the web site had charge me 3 times for the battery. They could not fix that in the store but told me to call the corporate number. One call to them and that got credited back to my account 3 days later and I just went in the store and paid on site.Battery itself is working great so far. 1 month in. Will deal with them again in the future. Great help.023. Take note, battery warranty only 12 months. Mine died and is not recoverable. Going to try a different brand. People here still great and helpful. Company warranty awful. Do not recommend a travel trailer battery from here. Reduced stars to 3. That’s a 0 for product and 5 stars for employees.
