“I’m a Tidal Wave monthly subscriber. I park in a garage at home and a parking garage at work most days so my car stays clean on the exterior, and I frequent the vacuums instead. But I was parked under a tree all weekend, so my car ended up covered in tree & bird debris, and I was desperate to take it through the wash. In I roll after 8pm on a summer evening with a NASTY car. I was not prepared for how much “elbow grease” those guys gave to make sure all the junk would actually come clean in the drive thru wash! All with a smile. And at the end of a shift I’m sure they were just ready to be over. I was beyond impressed. Bravo!”
