They give you the “welcome” greeting just to be ignored throughout, skipped for customers that just walked in and nobody even asked to help us again. Thank you for being the worst place with the worst customer service.

This location will scam you in a heartbeat just to make a sale. When upgrading, there was no information given in the exchange for an old phone to a new one. And when nothing was provided through the mail to trade the old phone, we had to visit the store. Turned out we had to bring the old phone to the store… the neglected to share that bit of information. And when we come to dispute it… we get the “It’s your word against ours” from the manager… this is straight up fraud, a scam… and they will smile in your face as they try to put money in their pockets… a rotten store like this is only going to attract the most disgusting of thieves and call it “sales”.

Believe all the terrible reviews regarding the store manager of this location. The reviews are all accurate based on my experience. I had the pleasure of experiencing this woman who goes by the name of Margaret McCaleb. When I asked for her name at the store she refused to give it to and told me to advise ATT that my concerns are with the store manager. We had such a great experience that it ended up with me calling Hoover PD after Ms. McCaleb put her hands on myself as well as my property inside the store surrounded with cameras. Here is a photo right before that incident and a face to put with a name for ATT customers. I’m completely appalled at what I experienced and as an ATT customer for over 20 years, it was a major eye opener for me and my family to the types of people they hire and allow to manage and represent the ATT name.

Everyone at this store is so friendly and helpful. Gary is my go to guy and has gone above and beyond to help with all my cell phone needs! Mel has also been super helpful and she always has a smile on her face! Great store to visit!

Alleshia was my rep and she is new and willing to learn but she is the nicest young lady u could ask for. If u r looking into AT&T make sure u go the RIVERCHASE location and hwy 150. Make sure u ask for Alleshia u want regret it .

I had a terrible experience with an employee, shelay Owen’s, at the Helena store, she was very rude and disrespectful, one of the worst experiences ever. Was literally talking to her and she covering her ears not to listen. Will definitely never go back to this store again.

My wife passed away & I came in the Hoover store (Riverchase Drive) to cancel her phone service. Mr. Gary Washington met me at the door & immediately started helping me. Mr. Washington was very polite & seriously gave me his condolences of my wife's passing. That young man should be awarded for his services. Mr. Gary Washington IS what AT&T is all about. Thank you sir !!!

Walked into AT&T with a broken phone and broken spirits and after Rob Young finished assisting me in creating for me a new first net account and a new iPhone, I walked out a brand new man. Thank you AT&T and Rob for an easy and and enjoyable experience.

I received ok services for today. All I will say is that Bronze did an exceptional job with providing great customer service. I did have to call back to the store for a third time, due to technical issues and the only concern I would like to address is how rude the supervisor can be (Margaret). She’s very knowledgeable about her job, but can come off condescending. I told her my name and that I had recently left the store for a second time. Her response was, “Well what do you do?”. Once I asked her what she meant by her sentiment, she stated that she doesn’t recognize people by name and was wondering what do I do. It was very unprofessional and I do believe that anyone which works within customer service (especially management), should apply certain etiquettes and professional behaviors at all times. It provides innovative ways to ensure engagement with the customer. I was very disappointed, yet happy I was able to get the equipment needed for my son. I thoroughly recommend additional customer service training for the management team at this location. Corporate was unavailable to reach, therefore I decided to leave a review.Thanks,MM
