At the trussville store, items are brought to the car where you are parked. At this store, I was the only car parked in the handicap space. I was told to pull up to the front. It was company policy.

Terrible selection of over-priced bottom-quality junk made in sweatshops. Like The Christmas Store, Old Time Pottery, Oriental Trading, Temu, Wish, DHGate, etc... Buy these things from thrift stores and yard sales for the sake of your own bank account, humanity, and the environment.

I have purchased a great deal of seasonal decor at At Home and have always been pleased and recommended the store to others. Just beware of buying decor before the season you intend to use it for. I purchased 2 of the Large Blow Mold Jack o Lanterns at the end of July because they were sold out last fall when I was trying to find them. I stored them inside after purchase and put them out September 14th and by September 27th the paint has chipped off most of the top of one of them, less than 2 weeks after putting them out. I contacted customer service, but of course it's outside the return window and if it wasn't they are once again sold out everywhere. Also, I'm now skeptical of their online reviews being honest as you cannot leave a review for items purchased on their site and all the reviews of these pumpkins are 5 stars and I can't be the only one this has happened to. I asked a customer service representative about this and she said you are unable to leave reviews for items purchased at this time. So who is leaving your reviews??

Too many wonderful things to look at. My granddaughter wanted everything. Could have another register open but I just had the misfortune of getting behind someone that was returning items.
