Alabama Halal Foods offer a wide variety of fresh halal meat and other unique grocery items. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, and always provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend trying the homemade samosas. They are truly delicious —crispy on the outside, perfectly spiced, and generously filled. I will definitely be returning for more!

I am so impressed with this Desi grocery store! They have an amazing variety of authentic Pakistani and South Asian products that I can't find anywhere else. The shelves are always well-stocked with fresh produce, spices, snacks, and specialty items. The store is clean, well-organized, and the owner Hadi uncle is incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you're looking for hard-to-find ingredients or just your favorite comfort foods, this is the place to go. Highly recommend to anyone who loves authentic Desi cuisine!

Sorry I cannot recall the owners name, I know it starts w H lol. Super super discovery.. clean beyond what Ive seen anywhere in a meat shop. Ever. Ive been in the food biz for 4o years, worked on mega sail yachts and research vessels for years… i have never seen nor heard of any product coming in that fresh, packaged and in my hands to prepare. Ive searched the tri state and almsot every county for what we have found here. Im not blowing smoke here i promise. Lol. I watched him prepare, cut on stainless steel counters… in a butcher shop. Just as spotless as the very charter vessels I worked on. And we conversed for a hour, like we knew eachother for years, having a coffee at a diner… personable, attentive, honest, looked like a family run business. All the customers up to the very minute they closed, same thing, like family. In 30 years, I’ve never seen anything like it, and he does a ton of business back there and you would never know it other than sitting right beside him while he cuts lamb and chicken while we talk shop. The whole crew smiles on their faces while talking to the clientele. What a find. Wish I would’ve knew about this place years ago when we’re spending thousands a week on provisions.. Stop down and give this guy try, you’re not gonna regret it, they got some cool snacks, all sorts of produce spices teas, and perfect dates, im addicted to them. If they sold them in 5 gallon buckets, I would’ve went out with two. And the lamb!!! Cut to order fresh. Chicken was a week fresh, farm to table. Do it!!!

I found everything I needed that couldn’t be found elsewhere. The gentleman managing the store is very courteous and will always treat you right! By the way they have Pakola the best soda ever! مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ ??
