I went into this location at 8:28am this morning. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the biggest smile and warmest welcome. The two ladies were so kind and helpful with every question.

HORRIBLE!! SO RUDE AND TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!! The man at the front desk is horrible and needs to be unemployed.

Came on a Saturday afternoon. Place was clean (enough), worker was nice, and there was no wait. I asked her for assistance with getting an envelope and she offered me a ‘pre stamped’ envelope for 95¢. I had no idea these existed. She even helped with the labeling (haha). Pretty decent USPS stores compared to others.
I really wish USPS had printing and shredding capabilities but that’s another issue for another day.

I came to mail a few things, and the lady who assisted me was very helpful in explaining my options. I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately.
Convenient location with lots of parking which I appreciated. Lots of signage around. They ask that no more than three people be in the lobby at one time. Great first experience!

Got to this post office at 830 and doors are locked. Waited til 845 and still no one is working here. Shameful especially Christmas time!!

This place has terrible customer service & like many others has stated the manager (the rudest guy that works the counter) has told me to buy tape although I had priority packages and has refused to give me receipts for proof of tracking. I do not understand why he is employed. Absolutely rude and unhelpful!

Went in today with a package that needed taped and my barcode for them to print the label. The gentlemen behind the desk told me I’d have to buy a roll of tape for him to print the label and they would not allow me to use a piece of tape to mail it out. I figured I would have a horrible experience as he treated the 4 women ahead of me in the same manner, which was completely disrespectful. I told him no wonder why no one wants to come in here anymore and only use ups, and he said it was because of clients like me. I don’t whether he was referring to my race or the fact I had a simple need and he chose to not do anything to help, but I would never even refer this location to anyone. He should be fired.

Very courteous and attentive staff! And easy to drop off prepaid postage items for e-commerce sellers. Was traveling from Atlanta for a softball tournament in the area, but we had packages to send to our customers, very easy to drop off and friendly staff was helpful.

Horrible service. Workers are rude for no reason. I have never the workers ever smile, they look like they would snarl at you for simply walking inside. Would give zero stars if I could.

Takes 2 weeks for my items to ship. Not sure if they are short staffed or what. Crazy I even have to pay for shipping. Could have walked it to the sending address quicker. Save yourself some time and go to the Mountain Brook location.

I have never had a problem with my mail til this past wk my SSC AND business bank card never made it to my mailbox an I have reached out more than once an no one has contacted me out of all my mail only these two items missing nothing else all my other mail show up an I wonder what’s really going on

From the moment I walked into the location, I smiled and greeted the Clerk. The lady was frown and so rude that made me wonder how her day was going that made her so mad.

This post office has been incredibly rude to me multiple times and today they did the same to my husband. They refuse to scan packages and give a receipt if you’ve prepaid, so your packages don’t start tracking until they get around to it. Very frustrating because customers want to see their tracking info as soon as possible. On top of that there is usually a large pile of packages that haven’t been scanned on the countertop, where anyone could steal them if the clerk turned around. Go to Mountain Brook, Vestavia or Fairfield P.O. instead, where they have excellent customer service and will gladly scan your packages and give you a receipt.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Viereck Felton and the manager that works there are both highly unhelpful. I had a very valuable item get lost in the mail because they did not scan it. Their explanation was that they “scan when they have time”. They refuse to scan packages in front of you as well as give receipts for prepaid shipping items. Go somewhere else unless you want to lose your items!
