Store hours are incorrect. States opening sat 9am. There’s nobody here and the store is closed

By far the worse UPS store I have ever been to. They have 1 person working the front of the store. After standing in line I get to the counter and was told they don't print postage. AT A UPS STORE. I literally left and drove to the one on Greensprings. It is way faster and the staff actually know what they are doing!

This site wasn't very customer service friendly upon shipment delayed due to their systems inability to recognize shipping address. I've experienced delay in shipping with this company for a second occurance in which I verified address and shipment has been delayed. I contacted company via website, social media platforms, and customer service via phone. This is an ongoing issue with this vendor and would like an appropriate solution to fix issue moving forward. Although this is the second occurance, I did speak with a supervisor on the first occurance whom was very helpful and apologetic.

Refused to take a return package with return label that said return via UPS Store or USPS.Employee and manager very very rude. I was just following instructions on return label. No reason for manager to yell at me when I said it says UPS store on the label.

The staff is incredibly rude and not looking to help. Manager was getting frustrated when I was asking questions and I asked him to not speak to me like I am stupid and his response was I’m trying not to. With all the options around this would be my last pick of a place to shop or do business.

This UPS nickel and dimes you. Charged me $2.20 to print off one Amazon return label but didn’t tell me it was going to cost anything until I had already left the store and was getting in my car. She didn’t even mention it when she scanned the items in. Made me come back in to the store to pay for two sheets of paper. I would have gone home to print it if I had known.

John, one of the employees here, singlehandedly saved me by helping me with urgent printing needs. Throughout the order he was timely, gave updates, and was incredibly kind and responsive. I wish I lived in Birmingham so that I could do all of my shipping and printing here. Thanks again, John- you rock!

Convenient location. Staff that I worked with wasn't very 'customer service ' oriented, but I was able to get my business taken care of. I'm not sure if I'd return though.
