Went to get help transferring our mobile phone lines from a large provider to Spectrum. The staff was the rudest and most unhelpful I have encountered. Both had an condescending attitude and showed no interest whether I continued as a customer of Spectrum or cancelled all services. Other stores do show basic customer service skills.

I am beyond disappointed with spectrum. I had spectrum years ago and it was the best experience for mobile I've ever had. Everybody was kind and they always took care of me and the service was very affordable. I just switched back to them because of the device buyback promotion. We did everything we were supposed to do to be eligible. Only to be told two weeks later that we were not eligible. After a lot of headache I finally got our eligibility status renewed. But we were only eligible for one out of two of the devices originally promised. I got on the internet and splurged for myself and bought a nice off-brand phone. I've been wanting this phone for many years. It is supposed to come unlocked for the Verizon network which is what spectrum uses. I assumed I would be all good. After calling spectrum to check the eligibility of the phone I was immediately told no when I told them the brand. They didn't even want to look up the device IMEI number to check it's eligibility. I am flabbergasted. I will be switching back to T-Mobile because my phone works on their network. This is very unfortunate and I cannot believe the horrible customer support I have received in store on the phone and in chat. Representatives have been short and extremely rude and unappreciative of my being a customer. So over it. Don't get me started with the big box brands like AT&t and Verizon I'll never do that again. So long story short spectrum is not what it used to be and I would not recommend

I am only leaving 1 star. They never asked if I wanted zumo boxes. I had no clue I would be charged for them. They only asked how many tv’s I had. I never would have told them i even had tv’s if I knew they were going to do that. They told me I could return them at a spectrum store. Turns out the Lakeshore location won’t take them! I have ran around town trying to return their two zumo boxes and one Samsung Galaxy phone. The phone is way too small for my mother’s liking. I was rushed during the process of buying the phone. I wish I wasn’t rushed so I could have got a better phone for my mom. It took 3 phone calls to finally get a return label. The ladies at Lakeshore Spectrum location told me to go to UPS to return everything. Come to find out, the return label they took forever to email me is for FEDEX!! I will be looking for a new service provider because this is awful!!!! I have a deadline to return everything. And I have a FULL TIME JOB!!!! I will not be paying any type of return fee. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why do I pay for a service where I have to do all the work AND SOME???

Without a doubt the worst company for customer service ever. It is impossible to speak to a live person in the store. I made an online appointment for 5/24/24 at 10:20 AM which was Memorial Day when I arrived at the store it was CLOSED. I call Spectrum after a 15 minute hold I was told by a live person that the store was OPEN I asked to speak to another person who told me the stores were closed. Why did the system allow me to make an appointment. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Whoever runs the store should be fired.They closed the store down 10 minutes.Eall I had was a simple return of equipment but the doors were already locked at 7:50. Whoever this Latino woman is staring at me from her desk should be fired yesterday. HORRIBLE employee. Correction this must be horrible MANAGEMENT. upon returning to the store the following day with plenty of time to spare there is a sign on the door saying they are "temporarily" closing at 6. Why not update Google? Or better yet just open the door the first night when able employees were there and all I needed was to return equipment. Ridiculous. Spectrum obviously has no regard for their customers

Horrible customer service. The short blk male with long beard has no willingness to assist Unless it’s a sale that he can get compensated for. I recommend going to any other Spectrum store if you’re seeking new service (phone, cable, internet etc).
