Arrived at 12 pm, They didn’t do a thing to my truck just barely checking for 15 min with the scanner, didn’t find anything wrong and after 4 hours told me that they will continue next day, although since from the beginning I told them I needed to do a pick up same day at night, I gave them 7 hrs to find why I have the engine light. They charge me 214 dls for nothing and waste my time, feel robbed. Just put on the report that they found something in the AC (that I was aware) when I explained them exactly what I wanted them to check that was the engine light and engine break.

We are from Missouri and was on the way home when one of our Digger trucks broke down. These people were very nice and super helpful in getting our truck back on the road. I would 100% come back and have then work on more of our trucks. Thank you all very much. We were able to make it back home to our families.

Never had a repair facility take so long. I was told it was completed Monday
Been here 3 weeks. Abs sensor. ( Completed) .
6 wheel alignment. Not done and will not be completed here .was given 3 different days over the phone this would be completed.
Bunk heater not working. They took in the at 8.03 am . I was told an hour to 2 hours. 9.45 . Still not done . I have been here before with great service
Never will ever come here again .so 3 weeks and an ABS sensor replaced .I ll will add to this when completed. I hope I have some positive notes ...

I have my truck repaired here , because you do not have to go back for a redo .here , it is repaired properly first time round. Quick turn around. Reasonable rates .very 🙂 ce , respectful staff.

I got there on Friday morning and checked in before the tow truck dropped the truck and it was later on in the afternoon before the truck was looked at the warranty people wasn't notified that the truck was there from when I checked in then I was told that I didn't have warranty on my truck because they were putting the wrong information in to file the claim and then I had to send pictures in that they say that they sent in that the warranty people was waiting on and they didn't they had the part there to fix the truck everything was approved first thing Saturday at about 8:20 and was told if approved early Saturday that they could go ahead and fix it but that didn't happen they had two techs working and one was working on his personal vehicle instead of pulling my truck in and working on it. A 3 hour job that could have been done Saturday morning wasn't done til Monday and I had to sit there Monday pretty much all day again like I did Friday and Saturday when no one attempted to try and fix the truck but the one tech was working on his on vehicle instead of working on a customer truck I was told Saturday is pretty much there catch up day but you didnt have but two techs working and one working on his on personal vehicle. And yes I videoed him working on his personal vehicle and not working on customers trucks. Had to rent a car and miss another day of work. Overall not a good experience there.

I’m an OTR driver with a 2019 LT625 X15 Cummins, lost power and dropped a cylinder coming into Birmingham. Never had been here before and I called to see if they would be able to look at my truck. They were able to get me in first thing the next morning and quickly diagnose that I had an injector failure and replace the injector and send me on my way shortly after lunch. Drivers waiting area had lots of drinks and snacks while you wait which is always nice. There is also a bbq and burger joint on each side of the dealership. Great experience overall. If I ever need anything next time I’m coming through Birmingham I would definitely stop again.

My first thought when I find that I need a Cummins engine part or international part.Have your Vin handy and call them with what you need. You will get what you need. They have a lot of stock and rarely have to order anything and if they do need to it all happens early the next next day. You don't have to wait around for someone to actually receive and so forth. They're on top of it!We usually pick our stuff up but if we do delivery it's always as expected and very prompt.I could go on. I deal with them professionally and my own livelyhood and the health of my company is rooted in having good vendors. Southland has never let me down. Tiny mistakes have been made. A requested qty of 2 might have been heard as 1. But sometimes seeing how folks react to mistakes gives insight on them as business partners.With the volume of our purchases with them it's inevitable that a mistake will be made. Because we're all human.And I don't lie in my reviews so I can't say it's never happened. And I also can't know for sure that I might have been the source of the mistake.But seeing the reaction to the problem highlighted that you can see that they're as concerned about getting your truck running again as you are.And that's the most important part.
