“This self storage is truly fantastic. Easy to get in and out of, gated, and off the beaten path a bit so it is out of sight out of mind for any sketchy business to stumble across. Shout out to Joe and Carlton for always taking care of their customers. They went out of their way when I moved in to let me know the office hours and if I needed anything they were there, being a female and having a storage unit by yourself isn’t always the safest feeling so that was so appreciated. Managed very well and taken care of.”

He was never condescending (a big fear and unfortunately, a very common occurrence). Professional, timely, efficient, courteous.Now, I just found this in my "unpublished drafts" folder... 3 months later.So let me tell you the real rundown..Management and staff: attentive and professional.Cleanliness of grounds: ALWAYS 100% inside and out.Accessible Time: generous until 10pm.*****My only complaint (yes, I had to dig to find something to complain about)... the only public bathroom...Street Entrance (floor 2) tucked away and hidden. But since I enter Freight Entrance (floor 3) on the other side of the building...Sometimes it's a mad dash to keep from pissing myself. (I thought it was worth a shot to ask for a 2nd bath, but I know it won't happen).And btw, it's always neat clean and supplied.”
