“To us, Marcia and George Hollis, Asbury is much, much more than just our church home. While we very much enjoy our times of worship whether it be the Sunday Service or Sunday School, Asbury is also our social connection to maybe seventy percent of our lives. Both our calanders are full of activities related to Asbury. For instance, I, George, like to play golf. Once a week or so friends at Asbury get together and play. Three days a week the gym is full of pickleball players. There must be hundreds of activities for people of all ages to engage in. Some activities are volunteer type, some are just for fun and some are both. It's fair to say almost all our friends are at Asbury. It is our prayer that others can come to enjoy Asbury United Methodist Church as much as we do.”

“As a child that went through Primrose schools, to now being able to work at one as an adult has been such a fulfilling adventure! The management staff was very kind and helpful getting me into a class and finding meaningful activities for me to do with the children. I spent all summer working there and have completely enjoyed everyday being able to come into a great work environment. Am amazing place with amazing people. Highly recommend sending your kids to Primrose Liberty Park or working there if you are looking for a childcare job.”

“We have had all three of our boys enrolled here. Our oldest just turned five and graduated their pre-k program in May and has been enrolled at LaPetite since he was three months old. We initially chose this school because it was close to my husband's work. After our second was born, we moved out of town due to a job change (and enrolled at another LaPetite location). When we moved back to Bham in spring of 2018, the wonderful director and staff welcomed us back with open arms. Our boys love their teachers and the friends they've made here. My husband drives several miles out of his way to take them to school because we love and trust the staff here so much. We also love the BrightWheel app that they use to communicate updates and post pictures throughout the day.”

“My husband and I have been so pleased with the care that our two children receive at ODYSSEY. From the admin to the teachers. Everyone on staff there has made me feel seen as a mother and my children feel seen as budding life learners. My oldest is two and he comes home daily with new words or songs that I know he has learned while at school. There is a big age gap between my younger two and my oldest child. He attended another daycare when he was their age and it wasn’t the best experience. I just assumed all daycares were like what we experienced with him and that it would just be a season we’d have to get through. Since my kids have started at Odyssey at trace crossings, we have come to love the staff. I leave feeling like everyone is a personal friend because they are so invested in the care of our children. I get happy thinking about all the years ahead we still have to do at Odyssey. If you’re looking for a place where your children are safe, cared for, and can learn in fun and exciting ways, please consider them! I don’t think you will regret it.”

“My son went to Sugar N Spice for 4 years and he was so well loved! We had extra special circumstances and they were able to handle them with care. In the summer, he enjoyed the field trips that were offered. We do drop in days occasionally and he loves seeing his old teachers and friends.”

“I watched this school being built years ago. I attempted to apply to work there at the time but it did not feel right. But recently after Dr. Sullivan became the new owner and hands on administrator I saw a new light at Children's Lighthouse! I have found the Early School I hope the retire from. The 401k program meets my needs. The curriculum is challenging and as a teacher with a graduate degree and almost 30 years of experience I am excited to work at a school that is more than just "baby sitting". Having a full time Curriculum Director on staff is amazing. Working at a school that utilizes my certifications in special needs and Early Intervention for children birth to age three is refreshing. I am able to help children that otherwise would be expelled from other centers. And I get to have FUN!”

“Concerned about the below 1 Star from the below review from Mason Brown who went "here" in 2008. This Kiddie Academy did not open until September of 2018. We've been at KW since it January of 2019 and, for the most part, have had a very positive interaction. There has been a lot of turn over since Covid, but every other daycare is facing the same challenges. If you actually attended here and had a bad experience fine, but please don't bring them down if you actually have nothing to do with them.”
