Saturday November 20th wanted to purchase IPad Pro 12.9 for $799. I took the slip to the front of store to metal cage. Associate was very helpful to find the IPad but it had demo which she stated she could not sell to me. She looked for another and found it but it scanned for $1049. The manager (gold curls and crème sweater) refused to match price. The slip I brought over was what the store had out advertising so why would you not honor that price. I called the store 6 times to no avail, I finally got automotive on the 7th call. I was transferred to Nick who was in management and took my information and said club manager (Figgs) would call me on Monday.

it's been awhile since I went to Sam's Club since the pandemic. I enjoyed being back one of my favorite places.

They was really nice didn't take long to bring out my order. Was looking forward to a sample bag but didn't receive one. My order was ready before time which was good cause I was already out and near the there.

After more than a decade and no telling how much money spent at Costco. I am very proud to now shop at Sam's club. I was not bullied by any means. And was offered help they were very nice. Thank you

Some of the least helpful and least friendly employees. I went over to pick up a couch that I had paid for, and I was supposed to pick it up within a certain time frame. I ordered a U-Haul since it would be much cheaper than having it delivered. I went inside after waiting in the pickup line for 20 minutes, and I was referred to different parts of the store all by employees who didn’t care at all. I’m now stuck here with a U-Haul, in which I’ll have to pay late charges for, and wondering when I’ll get the couch that I paid for.

FINALLY, FINALLY, was able to purchase a trampoline for my daughter. They've been hard to find everywhere due to covid19. Box said 90min assembly but took more than 4hrs for us. And I'm pretty handy. My daughter ❤'s it!!!

Good deals to be had as well as sole provider products. I recently cut way back on sweet tea to reduce sugar intake. I'm not a big fan of splenda, etc. as i know these cause a good bit of inflamation in the joints. Nature's Twist is sugar free, without the fake sugar and actually tastes pretty good. Other flavors available. Sam's is the only place available that I'm aware of in Alabama.

Ok but curbside pick up is slow but friendly employees
