I agree on rude....but especially the snack bar or whatever you want to call it. Gave me a crazy look and muttered something and said... What are y'all closed? Still couldn't understand her... finally we fixing to close with an attitude...so I can't order? Whatchu want!? <<< That's a quote. Tried to get a yogurt..."our machine been down l" and walks off. Yeah F U TOO?

This isn't a place for a quick trip, just getting down to it can be a hassle. The selection is fair but I have seen a lot more items at other Sam's Clubs. I haven't needed an employee so far so I can't speak on staff. The ability to check yourself out on your phone is great when it's packed.

I like the scan and go feature. You do not have to wait in any lines except if you buy alcohol. Then they will have to check your id.

No carts inside the store, had to get one from outside. The cashier was super nice but most of the employees we encountered were unfriendly. Store was cleaner, nicer, and better organized than the Tuscaloosa store but it’s still nowhere near Costco level.

Waited from 10:50 am to 11:30 am for a club pickup.There was no apology or explanation given for such a long delay.

On this visit I found the items I needed quickly. For once, the drink machines at the snack bar actually worked, though condiments and utensils were lacking.

I have shopped at this location many many times in the past. I had never had any major issues with the cashiers, until today. I usually use self check out but needed to pay with cash today so we went with a cashier. "TAJ" supposely scanned all my items and we paid. Before leaving the register we noticed that the amount we paid just didn't sound right for all of the items that we had. I let her know that she had actually left off about 5 items. On top of us catching her "mistake", she wanted us to check which items she did not scan so she could charge us for them. Seriously did not want to do her JOB.
After we left, the lady at the front checked our receipt and found that again, 1 more item had been left unscanned. At this point i was over it and left the item at the front with the lady. I was not going to go back to pay for 1 item.
Sam's needs to do better at training their cashiers and just hire people that actually want to do their job right without making customers feel like they are a inconvenience. Again, her name was "TAJ". DO BETTR SAM'S CLUB! This is not the kind of people you need at your stores.

I’m reading all these reviews and I started to do a letter directly to management but I think this has to be shared here also. Mother’s Day weekend I was traveling to Birmingham from out of town (200 miles from home) by myself. I realized my tire was losing pressure and I needed some help. Can I just say after 3 attempts and I won’t go into detail of the places that would NOT help me I was desperate as I needed to get home that night. Will in the Tire/Service department was so kind and helpful! He went above and beyond to help me and make sure I got back on the road safely!! I can’t say enough good things about this young man and his work ethic! Sam’s need to do all they can to keep this hard working young man working for their company he is definitely an asset! Especially in a season where it seems like the majority of workers I’ve come in contact with do not want to put an any effort at their job. This young man took great pride in his job!! I don’t know what Will makes but whatever it is Will deserves a raise!

I know it's hard finding people to work but, customer service was a all time low today. After asking for someone to help in jewelry and waiting about 15 minutes I decided to just leave. This is the frist time I felt I was of no importance.
