I received excellent service! Very helpful and friendly staff. I felt comfortable asking questions and they took the time to answer in detail about specific service items that were recommended to determine what was necessary for my vehicle at this time. I was also not shocked by the bill and thought the pricing was fair. I will definitely continue to bring my car to Rob’e Mans to be serviced!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I have used Rob'e Mans twice now for regular maintenance and minor repairs. I love the friendly and professional staff. I am not ashamed to admit I know very little about cars but you can tell the shop doesn't take advantage of that. I recommend my wife takes her car there when she needs her next work done. Speed of service is great, can usually drop-off/pick-up same day!Services: Tires

Update from owner's response: I appreciate the thought of safety. I too was thinking of safety when getting this repaired. However, refusing the services necessary to provide safety doesn't fix the safety problem. I did not write this to deter from your business, but instead in hopes that you will do better in the future regarding my overall treatment.I honestly was super disappointed by my experience here since I had read so many great reviews about this place. I have never written a bad review before because I greatly respect service workers, and most times where I have a bad experience, I have a bit of understanding. I just can't in this case...I bought a used car recently after I was run off the road in my last car resulting in it being totaled. I bought this car fully aware that it had been in a front end collision in the past. Knowing this, I inspected the car myself and brought it here with a list of items to be fixed as well as general maintenance. This accident mostly affected the coolant system, and I wanted this fixed ASAP to prevent any more lasting damage to the function/safety of the car. I asked for my cracked coolant reservoir, cracked radiator fan (since it is attached to the reservoir), and the broken neck (which was no longer connected to the overflow) to all be replaced. In addition, I noticed that my steering coupler was worn which was obvious by the sounds my steering was making while turning/going over bumpy areas.The only thing they quoted for me in this list was the neck, the coupler, an oil change, and rotating my tires. I was told that my radiator wasn't mounted and was barely hanging by tubing and that they didn't even want to touch it. I later inspected this with my father present, and we deemed that it was very much kept in place... I asked them to quote me anyway on these items which they said they would, and I never once received that quote. They then proceeded to explain to me how coolant systems work, and I had to repeatedly say that I am knowledgeable. I was then told multiple times that my coolant reservoir is only filled to halfway and that there is no need to replace since the crack goes to just above this. While this is true, this does not change the fact that the crack also extended to the top with a gaping hole leaving the reservoir exposed. This isn't great for the system and it's unfortunate that they didn't also find this concerning. I was also told that even with these repairs, they weren't sure if the coolant system would work properly. It is actually super easy to see that the fan was at least working, and I had also been monitoring the car for several weeks. Despite the front end damage, it was working fairly well. I ended up patching my coolant reservoir and replacing my radiator neck myself.I did not appreciate that it was continuously mentioned that this car had been in an accident, which as I said, I already knew. The way I was spoken to was unnecessary, and I have never seen my father or friends spoken to in this manner in a repair shop. I don't like to play the sexist card, but this was frustrating as I have actually taken a lot of steps to educate myself in the general workings of my car only to be talked down to.In addition, I was shocked by the price quoted especially since they refused to do majority of what I was asking and did not match my research. I am a 22 year old woman who just graduated college and don't necessarily have a ton of personal funds available. With the four services, I was quoted over $900. I opted to not get the coupler replaced since it was $500+ of that. I then found out I would pay a $120 diagnostic fee for the coupler. He did lower to $80 to be credited back upon return. I have no issues with diagnostic fees and paying workers for doing work! However, I specifically asked for my coupler to be replaced. I took this to another shop since I did not feel comfortable doing this myself and I was quoted less and not charge diagnostic fees.Lastly, I inspected my oil change and they spi

They did an excellent job of servicing my car in a timely manner! I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car, took it in, and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in the same day. Highly recommend.

Nice, friendly, and professional group of people. I several things to get repaired on my so they offer a shuttle to take me where I wanted to go until my car was ready. I was incredibly disappointed by my experience here after being recommended this mechanic by several people. I came in with a braking/shaking issue and their diagnostic was an $800-$3k steering wheel replacement. The person helping me then told me if I needed to go check with my mom and dad first before being able to decide if I wanted to do the repair, I could. I fully own my car and have for almost 10yrs. I found his comment incredibly patronizing, sexist, and unprofessional. I paid him $85 for the quote then took my car to 2 more mechanics for a second opinion who found it to be a very obvious suspension problem.**After I posted this review, Kenny called me to apologize for my experience, ask about my car and the diagnostic from the other places and apologized for getting it wrong. He sent me a check that day to reimburse me for the $85 and said he was going to look into it internally, admitted they aren't perfect but are always looking to improve and do better. I really appreciated the call, acknowledgement of my experience, and of course the reimbursement. It doesn't change how I was initially treated and the status of my vehicle, but I appreciated our conversation and could tell he was listening and sincere which I can't say for most mechanics I've worked with.

From setting of the appointment to return of my car, my experience with service was top-notch!! Very business like. Every part of the repair as well as future maintenance suggestions were explained clearly and carefully. I worked only with Rick directly but I DO highly recommend the company to anyone looking for vehicle repair(s).

My car was taken for service to assist with fixing a headlight issue and air conditioning. The service was completed quickly once the part came in. I highly recommend this business for your vehicle repairs. I have done business with them in the past and received the same speedy service.

I have been taking my car there for years and have always had reliable, honest service. I was thrilled that they started working on German cars! Our BMW came out of warranty and we had taken our car 4x to the dealership to find and repair a water leak on passenger side floor board. On our 4 th visit, they were going to charge me 1/2 of the labor cost($1500) to attempt to locate the source of the leak under the console/dash. Rob’E man listened to my issues and were able to diagnose and fix the issue in 1 visit at a third of the price!!I can’t recommend them highly enough!!Service: Auto water leak repair

These guys went out of their way to provide service for our car problem. Got my wife in ahead of our scheduled appt. because an oil leak got serious . Provided transportation back and forth for my wife with me out of town. Made a duplicate invoice available online when I called out of the blue weeks after the repair and needed one on the spot. Hard to think of another car repair that shop that offers such a helpful and stress-free experience and does a better mechanical job.
