I came to this place To purchase something to eat The bacon looked hard So I just wanted a sample. I still was going to purchase some more food. So I asked to speak to the manager. To see what kind of customer service he had. Yall want to know what he told me that I know what Bacon tasted like. If I was White, he would have gave me a piece.he look at me so Nasty. The racism is still real and the state of Alabama, especially Homewood piggly wiggle. And I mean that.

I go here for beer because the selection is unusually good. When my friend ran the beer & wine shop at this store (RIP HB ♥), it became a great honey hole for beers you wouldn't normally find at a grocery store. It's not as great as it was then, but still above average. Plus, they also have other stuff like milk & bread etc. I bought some blueberries the last time I visited.

I just made a quick trip to “the Pig” to buy two items for my grandson. I arrived after he had just closed the doors. I ran up to the door and told him that I only needed two things for my grandson. A nice gentleman, named Michael, opened the door, got the items for me and carried them to my car. His name is Michael, possibly an Angel. I think so!!?
