Your posted hours of operation are 7am-9pm. It is Wednesday, 7:15am, and the lights are off and door is locked all while an employee is seen walking around inside.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and greeted the staff. No one answered my greeting.Went up to the cashier and he completely ignored me and was instead playing a video game.They didn’t have what I was looking for. Which is fine.But yeah, the customer service here was appalling.

You know I use to hate o eillys but I got to admit they are the best parts store right now. They have come up and the others have crumbled. I've been twice this week both times I received good customer service and the correct parts the first time...smh AutoZone you should be ashamed of yourself!

Last night I got a call from my daughter, who had a dead battery in her car. I made it to her at about 8:30pm, and quickly determined that she needed a new battery. At 8:45pm and with an O'Reilly's nearby on Green Springs Hwy, in Homewood, I jump started her car and headed towards it. I tried to call the store to let them know I was coming and to please have a battery ready for me. No answer at 8:50pm. I called back at 8:52pm, worried that the store would close before I got there. Someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I got to the Green Springs store with 5 minutes to spare. The store was dark and the doors were locked. I looked inside and found a man sitting behind the counter watching TV on his phone. I banged on the door and told him I needed his help. He opened the door long enough to tell me to go to the Autozone that was just up the street.I'm an O'Reilly's guy, not an Autozone guy. I have 8 cars and spend thousands of dollars every year with O'Reilly. This guy nearly convinced me to become an Autozone guy, and last night I was an Autozone customer. Not only did they stay open for me, they helped me put the battery in my daughter's car and gave me free felt donuts and dialectric grease for the contacts. Autozone for the win.

The staff here was so so helpful! The gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and encouraging. He provided the tool I needed and took the time to make sure I knew how to use it. I left feeling confident in my ability to fix my car, and now it runs great! I’m a convert, O’Reilly for life. 10/10

I told Oona the wrong parts I needed. When I came back she gladly got me the correct parts. She was great even though she was staffing the store, what seemed to be alone. Thank you!

I love O'Reilly Auto Parts. They are my go-to when I'm working on vehicles. And I expect to get a wrong part from time to time. But when I get an attitude from an employee after a mistake is made and my time has been wasted, it doesn't make me want to return. This particular location is subpar.

The worst customer service and they never have the parts that the website says are in stock. They do however always have the higher priced parts in stock. Feels like a bait and switch.
