My friend encouraged me to try a custom suit at John's. What a nice experience and what an awesome suit. Not only do you get to choose fabric and style, you get a suit that is exactly fitted for your body. A suit that hangs just perfect. I feel terrific in it and get lots of compliments. I highly suggest seeing Beau or John for a custom suit.”

Just a couple of small items he had pulled from a phone call before I arrived. He ended up assisting me with a new pair of pants that were hemmed and ready to pick up the next day. “Adam was very accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to suits. I was able to come in and get fitted for a suit for a wedding I had the following weekend. “I've been shopping here since 2016. Always fantastic sales and great customer service. One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)”

Also the staff here is friendlier than the last one I went to.The stores are always clean, well laid out and well stocked.While you can order anything they have online, being able to actually see, touch and try on the merchandise makes it worth the trip for me. “A friend of mine has been talking about this place for a few years now and he finally took me yesterday! He loves it for their high-end, cotton bandanas that come in a lot of cool, one of a kind prints. I was slightly confused by the place. They sell some cosmetic products, perfumes, hats, and clothes. They have a rack in the back for more thrifted/vintage items ranging from $15-$110, but they also have new shirts in the front of the store costing about $100. I found a gold ring that I liked and was nervous to ask about the price but it seemed reasonable at $30, so I got it! I’m really glad to have trendy shops populating downtown Woodlawn, because I’d like to see more business in my local area. I’m just unsure about the price point of this store. I will be back to check out the jewelry and thrift rack in the back though! The cashier we chatted with as we shopped was super kind and personable.”

“I love this Old Navy location. They always have sales on clothes and their clearance section is huge. The baby clothes are adorable and have a great clearance section as well. I really like their $5 onesie selection. If you really look through the clearance you can find amazingly cheap clothes.”

We heard a very kind voice followed by genuine knowledge of the products, Adam was completely informed and non judgmental in their efforts to make our visit comfortable. If they are not on leadership they definitely deserve to be. Liz checked us out and told us about the return policy and was very kind and also non- judgmental. Highly recommend this location and staff.”
