The staff was very informative on the different mattresses they had at their location, and they ensured that I was aware of the price of each mattress before they told me about them. They helped me find a new mattress that met my budget and my comfort needs! I even got to pick up my mattress the day I purchased it!

Who wants to buy a mattress? Well I did not but I needed one and I also needed a platform to adjust my mom’s bed. Stacie helped me patiently to sort through my choices. Stock availability was good so delivery is expected in short order. Thank you Stacie!!!

We were out for the day and decided to stop by Mattress Firm for a "test drive" looking to replace our old warn out one. Staci helped us out while deciding and was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about our options. We got a very good price and extremely good financing. Definitely a great experience.

Staci at the Brookwood Village store was a gift to us. We were evaluating changing to an adjustable bed and also needing a guest room bed. She listened to our situation, made thoughtful and honest recommendations, and helped us with a number of logistical issues, as well. When we ran into snags, she jumped in to help immediately. Their delivery network did exactly as promised. I highly recommend Staci and the team that works with her.
