This is one of the worst Lowe's in the area. Customer service is horrible. The employees do not try to help. They are rude and lack the personable attributes needed to serve customers. The selections are not varied enough for the location, and the employees can't help find anything seen online.

Shout out to Kayla, Melanie and Greg in the back and to all the people that help keep this place running. With inventory, logistics and supply the way it is, they're trying to keep things humming even when there are roadblocks or unexpected issues that arise. 5 stars for the heroes that are trying to help as best they can.Now for corporate, 2 stars. Not enough inventory, not enough analytics predicting what's selling or going to sell. Logistics and last mile delivery carriers can only do so much when the order is incorrect at the source. I got sent a Whirlpool range when I ordered a Samsung online. Clear difference in vendor, packaging, sourcing, and delivery. How this was not caught upstream is a mystery. Now this cost the delivery contractor 2 useless trips, restocking and logistics. Overall, several hundred alltogether and this could have been avoided. The mistake is costing the company more than the purchase was worth. This issue was caused by corporate and had nothing to do with the store or the local employees. Corporate just sent the wrong item. And now people at the local store have to jump through hoops just so I can cook on Christmas. Was supposed to be a delivery Dec 3rd. Now delivery estimates are after Dec 26th. With a market cap of over 100B and over 1700 stores, we can understand why Lowes LOW is running at a net margin of around 7 percent behind its competitor Home Depot at about 10 percent. Now this is just one data point, one mistake on the chart, but, c'mon corporate, don't shaft your local stores because of bad central decisioning, order management or applications. Lowes Corp, you can do better!

Every time I go into this store for anything other than just grabbing something quick, it's a bad experience. Either the person who can help doesn't come for 10+ minutes or they don't bring the thing I ordered online to the front of the store for an insane amount of time. I purchased a dishwasher online, went to the store the next day after the email said it was ready for pickup, and waited over an hour for them to actually bring it to the front. Why is it always like this here??

This store is conveniently located and has a wide assortment of products. Although the online count and actual store count might differ, this is still a great place. The staff is friendly and the hours are great. Good value, and really enjoy this location.

Mostly just disappointed about the delivery of an item I ordered this week. I didn't need the appliance expedited. I was told the appliance would be delivered on a particular date and then waited at home and took time from work to be available during the window. The automated updates assured that the item was out for delivery (no number was provided for contact during the process). Learned the next day that the item was delayed but no date. The Store explained that the item was not even available in the store and had not even been loaded onto the truck. I have been set for another delivery date this week but have not been given a time to expect delivery because the appliance has not arrived at the store. This would all be fine if this information was available at the beginning of the process and then I didn't have to hunt someone down to find out the truth. There is no reason to lie to me at the beginning of the process and then just apologize like my time isn't worth anything. Home Depot will provide information as the driver leaves each destination on its way to your home. I plan to use them for delivery of appliances from now on.

I ordered $200 worth of pine straw and was willing to pay for delivery. Delivery date was moved to Friday and it never arrived and I did not receive a call, email or a response on their app. I called Saturday morning 10/7 and spoke to customer service who transferred me to departments that never answered. I spoke to customer service again and was told that the delivery truck was broken. I canceled my order, got Home Depot app, ordered the same quantity, half the delivery charge and it will be delivered the same day. Do better Lowes.

This place has an amazing service. The store manager is one of the best to make sure everyone receives the attention needed. They helped me with my washer and dryer. I will recommend and will come back to this place

Currently on waiting to speak to someone via phone. Placed an order to be delivered on a Tuesday. Order was delayed to Thursday. I was assured by an associate that my order would arrive within the delivery window. It has not. I have sat on hold or listened to it ring for 20 minutes at a time across multiple times. I run an event venue. I am taking time away from my business because of the lack of communication from this store. My order is currently "en route" if there is an attempt to deliver my order while a wedding is taking place I will have an upset client to speak with. This is completely unacceptable, and I can't wait to place my next order with Home Depot.

Not one employee around to help me with a question, price tag for product missing. Then only self checkout available. 1 person to attend to the 4 self checkouts. Prices have increased and service has decreased. This is why Home Depot was losing business. They have stepped up. Guess Lowe's will have to learn the same lesson.

Wasted an hour - went to buy a torque wrench that was supposed to be in stick. Pulled up the location on my phone; it wasn't there. Asked for assistance three times, call went out for assistance in tools. No one ever came. Lesson learned- when over $50 just order online as shipping is free.

Went for flowers ! Found some perfect. Great selections! Ended up getting all the household necessities here. Best place to get detergents and trash bags ?
