Edit: They eventually put someone on it who got a quote done and sent it to me. So I appreciate that.They were recommended to me by my insurance company for dent repair. I went in with my car and they said they would call in a day or two when their guy came. No calls. I followed up a few weeks later and he was unapologetic. He said he hadn't talked to me before, but I could bring it in and they could maybe call their guy to come look at it. I felt like I wasted several weeks with them.

Kind, professional, timely. This is by far the best body shop I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They went out of their way to help me and have been nothing but courteous while I bargained with insurance. If you need body work in the Birmingham area, they're the best around

Excellent staff and quality work on repairs needed on my vehicle. I've never had a problem. The mechanics are knowledgeable in their trade and pricing is competitive compared to others around town. Always treated with respect and courtesy when I visit Jim and Jim's and come out pleased with my experience. Ask for Steve - he'll treat you right.

I would never come to this shop ever again I bought my jaguar in for repairs they charged almost a thousand dollars for parts and labor but my car doing the thing and now they tell me something else really and on top that the owner racist
