“Customer service is alive and well at the Thomas Waters, State Farm insurance agency!!!! I’ve been a State Farm client for quite some time, but moved here From Kentucky and had some questions about my current coverage on both my home and Auto. I walked into the agency and was greeted by Kathy Maddox who immediately stopped what she was doing to greet me! I told her I had some concerns about my coverage and pricing, and she immediately put me at ease. she spent at least 30 minutes, reviewing my coverage and Answering all of my questions. We made a plan To look at possibly changing a few things down the road, but overall, I felt like I had a new perspective on the insurance world! Leaving the office, I felt a renewed confidence in my relationship with State Farm and now can’t imagine going anywhere else! In the world of everything online, it’s nice to have a familiar face and someone who really listens to you on your side. I can’t wait to recommend them to friends and family! Thank you, Kathy!!!!”
