This is Nora of Medsource Health Care, one of our patients referred to you for Laboratory Exam. I called and asked for a copy laboratory result but before that, I already faxed the request and sent a copy of the patient's consent. But your Company doesn't want to release any results due to HIPPA. We always ask any facility regarding our patient for any information for faxing requests with patient consent. and this is the only facility that giving us a hard time.

Received bills from this lab for services at least 4 months old. My son's bill was over 9 months old. The charges were excessive and seemed to have been for tests I am sure could have not been ordered by physician. All kind of labs for a cold and flu like symptoms.

A urgent care in my home town used this lab to process covid tests. I had one covid test two years ago. Randomly received a bill this week for over $1,200. The bill listed multiple genetic panels and crazy tests they ran on my DNA with out my permission. I called the local urgent care and they said this has happened to other people too! Not sure what they are doing with my private information. They are claiming I won’t be responsible for this bill but can’t get contact info from anyone! And when I want it in writing that I won’t be responsible they say they can only take my email and the customer service rep said (word for word) “it will probably take a long time for anyone to actually email you back”. Worried they sold my information or are running some sort of scam. I can see other reviews of people saying they got crazy bills for one urine test or covid test. Additionally I see reviews of them calling people’s work place trying to get money. I told them I’d be calling everyday until they put me in contact with someone who could tell me why they ran all of these tests with out my permission and what they did with the results. Utterly ridiculous.

My wife recently had a urine test. We received the test results 6-7 days after the test. After then, we found that the amount of billing in my insurance claim statement was $1,854, JUST FOR ONE TEST. I've contacted their billing office, but they've confirmed that this amount is CORRECT ($1,854). Does anyone have a similar experience like me? I don't know what to do with this unrealistic claim and surprising bill from Devansh Lab.
