Was in desperate need of medicine for my one year old niece. Drove all the way to this location on 1/14/2024 for the “24 hour” pharmacy and it was closed at 8pm. Why are business allowed to do this. Especially a pharmacy that people depend on for medicine!

I used to use the CVS in Bluff Park but stopped due to the horrible customer service. I called CVS Homewood to ask a question and was left on hold 37 minutes before hanging up. I wouldn't use a CVS if my life depends on it.

I hate how rude and disgusting the pharmacy staff are. If you hate your job please apply somewhere else. Every employee in the store seems so polite.

Dank and claustrophobic. No photo center. They did have the Ensure Clear I needed, but using this site isn't worth it. Questionable looking man roaming the parking lot looking into vehicles. I'll never go back.

Been going to this CVS for 9 years; cut the story short, I went in the store to buy OTC cold medication ? ; something I have done on several occasions. However, during my recent check out, I was asked to produce my ID, I didn't have it. Mark you, the attendant that was there has serviced me numerous times and she has never asked me for my ID. Offered to tell her my birthday[ she has done this with me before] she rudely declined. Okay, my physique is of an old timer, am old enough to buy OTC meds..It ends today, ill take my money somewhere else.

The one time I used the pharmacy was fine. The customer service in the store is also friendly…overly-friendly, honestly. They will follow you to the register and practically bully you into coming through their line. It’s a bit overwhelming for someone with disabilities.?

Pharmacy not open all night anymore. This was so convenient, especially since I worked mid day and got off late. So don't go by Google on the 24hrs pharmacy.

Avoid at all costs.I recently moved close to this location, and so I wanted to transfer my medicines here - obviously to pick them up easier, right? Well, instead of transferring MY MEDICATION to this location - they transferred a total strangers medications, my MOTHER’S MEDICATIONS, and then finally after many attempts my medication.I have no authority to transfer anyone’s medications but my own and this pharmacy obviously had workers that were a little too incompetent to do their jobs. It was incredibly confusing and frustrating and I went several days without my medication because of their incompetence. If it wasn’t for the location and convenience of drive thru I never would go back to this CVS.

I give 2 stars because the front & floor people are great but they are a pharmacy so...The pharmacy has 1 out of 50 times had my meds correct and on time. The meds haven't changed in years. I've been going there for probably 15 years. I started at a location that had a wonderful pharmacist. This one did too . There are a few women that are just plain rude and don't speak. They don't all give prescriptions when they can be filled choosing to set their own personal guidelines over the insurance company or store. They deny the dates on the app or have different dates in the store computer. It is the worst I've ever seen & I have had a lot of med treatments. This isn't personal. But it does make my life very difficult. Today i felt so sick and had to go being denied my refill which is due today or after. I don't usually do this but i don't understand why we can't be kind to one another. The history of my meds totally contradict everything I am told by 1 or 2 of them. Like the one overnight today. Unfortunately they are a mile from my house & that's THE only reason I still go there.
