I purchased a washer from Conn’s in Homewood, Al with the promise that they would reduce the price by $150 due to a promotion they had going on for Memorial Day. They never gave me the credit and repeatedly lied to me stating that they had taken care of it. I went back a second and a third time and was told that the had submitted a request to have the charges reduced but it never happened. Store manager Stephen and Josh both assured me that It would be handled. I disputed it through the credit card company that financed it and the dispute was denied. I’ve spoken with several store managers to no avail. They all lie. They’re over priced and they don’t care about their customers. Find somewhere else to make your purchase.UPDATE:Do NOT waste your money or your time visiting this store or working with this company. They only respond to your reviews to make it look as if they are concerned. Trust me they are not. I usually don’t do reviews but for them I made an exception. The called me only to tell me after they saw this review only to tell me that they will not honor their promotion. If you get their pre approval in the mail. Throw it in the trash because that’s exactly what they are GARBAGE. If I could give them 0 stars I would because they couldn’t even give a reason why they won’t honor the promotion.

Don't expect to get your order on time. One item was damaged and they couldn't deliver. Because it was an incomplete ticket. The rest of my items were sitting there.In the warehouse ready and they couldn't bring them. So I canceled!

conns is amazing, Ms Patricia helped every step of the way. The iPads are a bit slow, so that made the process a little time consuming but the rest of the transaction was amazing. thank you conns. a happy customer.

My recent visit to Conn's was most efficient. I was assisted by Dee Dee; which was very helpful and professional. I was able to get the items I wanted at a fair price. My only downside is that they honor Military for discounts but not Veterans.

Place is a joke just trying to get you to sign contracts sliding through. When we specifically asked for an electric stove. They delivered a gas one and won’t do anything about it! Spent thousands with them.The manger even hung up on us. The customer service lady said even had complaints on him.Never buy from Conn’s!! Conns for Con artists. Terrible experience. Even recommended my parents to them and they screwed them.Will keep updated where this goes.

My Experience at the store was pleasing, probably 1st because Kevin (Store Mgr) wasn’t there, secondly my salesperson De De was very nice, patient, and helpful!The asst mgr Joe was very thoughtful and kind as well, those 2 are just a great team and a pleasure to work with.I haven’t gotten all of my things that were scheduled to be delivered….. De De advised the store manager of what was happening and he failed to call me, I had to hunt him down, when I did finally speak with him, he was very aloof and condescending, didn’t seem to care nor was he worried that I received all of my $9,000 purchase ……… Very displeasing and having me consider returning EVERYTHING…… I can easily go somewhere else and spend this money.

There's plenty of better places to spend your money,The company is incompetent and don't care about the employees which why is why they barely care to do their job properly,Also most of the furniture they sell is cheap or broke off the truck.Do yourself a favor andDONT SHOP HERE!

I'm calling as we speak to cancel the order that I made to return this Marshmellow Mattress that they delivered to my house. I ordered a firm mattress and they just delivered the exact opposite of what I ordered and want me to keep it to the tune of 2000 dollars. Not going to happen, I am thinking of just putting it on the top of my Lexus and toting it right back through the front door. This is the biggest scam of a Con-company you will ever experience. Do yourself a favor and please Please Please go somewhere else to do business. Unless you want someone that will give you credit and rake you over the coals with you having no recourse, because what you order and what will be delivered to your home, will not be the same. Please do not deal with this old lady named PATRICIA. She will stand by this bullcrap stores policy, and take her commission, and not give a damn about you. This is the worst scam going. I would not be surprised if the store will be an empty destroyed business before long.
