She seemed thrilled to help us and even allowed them to try on more and more shoes that put us in the store after closing time. We always have great experiences at Sikes and today was another great day!”

“I’ve had excellent experiences here fitting my kids for shoes. Mikiea (sp?) is a true professional, and she went out of her way to make sure the shoes fit with room to grow. They are always so busy on Saturdays when I go. They have a digital sign-in pad for help, which seems fair to me. I was sad to read the comments below that seem to suggest there is bad customer service here. That hasn’t been my experience, and I saw staff and patrons of several races working and shopping at Sikes. I’ve never witnessed anything but exceptional service at the new location where I have shopped.”
“This is a such a lovely baby and toddler store! I love the brands carried and that you don’t find them at many (if any) other local places locally. The store has great gifts and and non-apparel items too. MacKenzie, the owner, and her team are courteous and helpful. MacK is passionate about every item in the store and you can tell everything is chosen thoughtfully. Our community is lucky to have Swaddle!”
