Customer service is doesn’t care to fix anything after they get their money. Any fix to solutions for botched product takes forever to fix since they already got what they wanted.

Eric Brandino the owner was extremely rude to me. His aggressive tone made my little girl cry. I understand that he had other stuff going on that was upsetting him, but that has nothing to do with me. Bizarre.
