“I bought a brand of bike that Cahaba did not carry from another state. Despite that, Cahaba still serviced the bike like I had purchased it from them. They went above and beyond in getting a light and computer mount to work on the bike.
Fast forward 2 years and I had a warranty claim on the frame of the bike. Despite not carrying the brand, they made a warranty claim for me, received the replacement frame, did a full build on the new frame, and did it in record time. They have also kept another store open after hours for me when I was competing in a ride the next day and needed assistance.
In sum, the Homewood employees are fantastic and are always eager to assist. They have made me a life long customer.”
