Brian was knowledgeable, friendly, and super-helpful in picking out two mattresses. Fast, courteous delivery as he promised. ( I comparison shopped at other big store in town and the customer service was awful.) Bought these back in April but wanted to test before review. My guests rave about the Lotus pillowtop and I find my grandkids cuddled up on it just for fun every time they visit.
Warning about ordering a boxed mattress from Wayfair as I made the mistake of doing. It inflated very unevenly and returned it.

Bought top of the line Tempurpedic mattress and adjustzble frame with no problem. Ordered Tempurpedic pillows and sheets. They showed me Tempurpedic sheets in the showroom, but sent their own brand of sheets that did not fit the mattress well at all. Turns out they do not carry Tempurpedic sheets at all, so I had to go back in, and angrilly demand a refund to order and buy Tempurpeduc sheets myself online. Looks like bait and switch sheets without being open about not carrying branded sheets, sending out their own brand out to me. They hung badly on my mattress.

The staff here is AMAZING. We came and tested a mattress and came back 3 weeks later. They remembered our name. Could not recommend more.
