Love this store! Excellent selection of gifts for all ages. They have an excellent selection of children's clothing and baby gifts as well. This is my go-to place to have items monogrammed. Either items that I purchase there or bring in. Best customer service as well!

I’m not local to Birmingham, but was there on a weekend trip when I visited B. Bayer and Co. I ended up ordering a customized item that they said they would be happy to ship. When the item was ready, they texted a picture to confirm and show me the product AND offered to gift wrap. The customer service both in store and via phone was above and beyond! I will definitely be a return customer. Adorable shop and the nicest people!

One of my favorite shops in Birmingham! They have the best baby & home gifts, but what's really so special is the monogramming. They have the widest selection in town and are willing to spend time picking out the perfect monogram & color for any piece.

I needed a baby gift in a hurry so I called B. Bayer and Co. The staff helped me make a choice, decide about monogramming, then wrapped and shipped it to me in Tennessee. It was so cute I ordered a second one for another baby shower.

Walked in to the store to a sorority type girl behind the counter. She appeared to be annoyed that I was in there. I should add that no one else was in the store. Horrible customer service. Such a shame because it looked like a cute store. I walked straight back out.
