I really like that the mechanics take pictures of your car so you can see what is wrong when they find another problem that you did not know about/originally address. I definitely will be back. They fixed my Audi when I had no idea what was going on with it, but they investigated into my concerns about my truck & found the source of the problem. “Some of the most helpful people I could’ve came across. I came in just a little less than an hour before close to purchase a tire, with expectation and hopes of being able to manage replacing it myself with little to no tools. I was asked what i’d be doing with this tire and i explained my situation (being i was parked at my apartment complex, rim to the ground, with no way of moving the vehicle) and explained that the tire change let alone a tow, were way out of my price range, hence me attempting to do it alone. I was offered the most gracious help and they even ended up staying about 30 minutes after closing to do so. They followed me back to my parked car, jacked the car up and helped replace it within a matter of 35 minutes , even with the drive. I tried tipping but was told it were no problem at all and that there was no need. I am so grateful for these people, their knowledge and willingness to help. Thank you guys so much!”

“My first thought when I find that I need a Cummins engine part or international part.Have your Vin handy and call them with what you need. You will get what you need. They have a lot of stock and rarely have to order anything and if they do need to it all happens early the next next day. You don't have to wait around for someone to actually receive and so forth. They're on top of it!We usually pick our stuff up but if we do delivery it's always as expected and very prompt.I could go on. I deal with them professionally and my own livelyhood and the health of my company is rooted in having good vendors. Southland has never let me down. Tiny mistakes have been made. A requested qty of 2 might have been heard as 1. But sometimes seeing how folks react to mistakes gives insight on them as business partners.With the volume of our purchases with them it's inevitable that a mistake will be made. Because we're all human.And I don't lie in my reviews so I can't say it's never happened. And I also can't know for sure that I might have been the source of the mistake.But seeing the reaction to the problem highlighted that you can see that they're as concerned about getting your truck running again as you are.And that's the most important part.”

“Had an appointment to get my vehicle inspected Wednesday. Arrived at 11:22am (11:30 appt) and 2 guys were at the desk and a customer by the door. Walked up to the counter and stood for about a minute and one of the guys called the customer by the by the door back and then proceeded to leave out with him. In passing he said he’ll be right with me then left out. What kinda made me upset is the fact that nobody acknowledged a customer walking in by greeting them. I understand that you where dealing with a previous customer but still acknowledge the other ones that come in. That kinda put me in a mood because I felt ignored so I didn’t care what happened after that I was just ready to go. Fast forward to sat I came in to get the things fixed for my inspection. I walked in and I was greeted and they were lovely! We talked about about other things I wanted to do with my truck, they gave me advice about tires and etc. Got my truck right and tight in a good amount of time. Today was nice and that’s what I based my review on.”
