Had to pay for my car tags a second time because mine were not delievered. The day I purchased my replacement tags on April 28th the mail delivered the ones I had not received. Those tags were post marked April 10th!!!! This means the post office held my mail for 18 days before delivering it!!!

I want to share some helpful info for anyone who actually reads this. One this office is a rmpo which means there is no post master for this office. Another post master from a local city runs this office. Most of the time that causes an office like this to be neglected. Next informed delivery is 75% accurate. It clearly states it on the faqs as well. Please don’t demand mail that may not have even reached that office. Always read instructions and faqs for any Usps services. No they will not search for any mail reported on inform delivery, it’s next to impossible without some sort of tracking. Finally, recently the clerk on duty explained to me that he cannot get change for this office. Stuff like this happens, Usps clerks are only supposed to get change thru bb&t bank branches unless they have a local bank they go to personally. In order for a clerk to do this they must be on the clock and paid to travel to banks for change. Sadly this office only have 1 clerk due to its size. That means they must close the post office during normal business hrs and go to the bank.

This Post office is very rude and negligent. They were involved in forgery and tampering of my package. It was refrigerated diabetic injections that had to be purchased again. They forged my name and stated they left package in the mail after stating they did not have it but tracking confirmed they did. Do not trust them!!!. They gave a false name of the postmaster then after calling authorities gave the actual postmaster name and number.

Holly Pond PO is the worst! Our carrier delivers mails that isn’t ours on a regular basis & lies about attempted deliveries. I advise tracking all packages you are expecting because they make no attempt to deliver them. Our security cameras show that the carrier hasn’t been on our property for days yet they lie saying they have attempted. If we weren’t monitoring our packages we’d have no idea that they were even at the PO because there is no notification card about a package at the PO in our mailbox because the carrier never bothered to even come on our property. Reporting them does no good because no one cares. It’s been happening for years & been reported numerous times to the Post Master & Post Master General. No wonder no one uses the PO much anymore.

I would advise all people in this zip code to monitor your mail and packages with the informed delivery subscription. I receive mail from people miles away. No doubt you've received mine as well. I'm most thankful for good neighbors because I've received thousands of dollars worth of packages over the years that don't belong to me. And have had many brought to me from residence as well.

Packages sent to me hardly make it to me. I’ve had one package sent back twice to sender saying I don’t have a mail box. Others say no access. My number is painted on my large mailbox. Last package she put in somebody else’s mail box on a different road. Terrible!!!!!! She needs replaced.

When I first moved here I will admit I had a few issues with my mail being placed in someone elses boxes but thankfully that has pretty much stopped happening now that we've been here awhile.I utilize the USPS tracking app as well so I ALWAYS know whats coming and when. But I just love our 2 female mail carriers n Becky is an exceptional sweetheart! She even brought our pup Gizmo Christmas presents! (He adores her too lol). We even had a new neighbor move in whose children stole a pkg of ours n she helped me find out what happened. I am very happy with our carriers. After that pkg was stolen she took/takes great care to not leave any pkgs unattended outside my door now either. She knocks to ensure Im home to receive them. The post office itself? Fantastic! Always prompt, courteous and professional service when I mail out pkgs or go to purchase money orders etc. Very nice n friendly. I am quite pleased with the Holly Pond mail service all the way around

Well after my stimulus check come up missing even tho it was mailed by the irs as they told me and put a trace on it. I downloaded the app to see what mail comes and goes I've noticed that any mail that says financial on it never shows up. So I've determined that my mail carrier is stealing those papers. Filling charges next

Lots of lost mail, receive other people’s mail. Mail person delivers after 7pm a lot so she can’t see to put things in the correct boxes. The actual post office is absolutely wonderful always helpful and pleasant.

I've used them several times and not had any issues. Granted, the only thing I do there is drop off packages to be shipped usually.

The Holy Pond post office has the worst mail carrier ever! Between putting my mail in the wrong box to refusing to deliver packages because my NEIGHBORS dog, not mine is out. I’ve even had them put the dog up and leave her a note saying so much and she STILL doesn’t deliver the package. I hope we get a new carrier soon!

I get a lot of other people's mail. So I can just wonder how much of my mail is being lost. Packages are always delivered either; late, opened, or crushed. I get notices saying, "sorry we missed you come get your package," when there are people at the house, the carrier just refuses to come to the door. After having the mailbox in the same stop for 20 years, we had to relocate the box closer to the road, because it maybe a small inconvenience for the mail carrier for it to stay where it was at. And its only getting worse. This is why USPS is going under.
