“Charles from Slim’s Towing was extremely prompt. I ran over something on I59N and it cut my tire going 75mph. I contacted my Nissan Connect and they had Slim’s Towing to me to change my tire. Within 10 minutes of them telling me that it would be up to 90mins before my tow driver would be there I was getting a call from Charles telling my he would be to me within 15mins. He showed up in that 15mins, helped me get all of my luggage out of the back of my car, changed my tire and put all of my luggage back in my car for me. He was so nice and polite.
